I really hate to leave this restaurant only 3 stars. They used to be my favorite barbecue. Unfortunately, the last few times I was there the food was subpar. I decided to wait a few months and finally went back because I really wanted it to be good. I got the two meat plate and Brisket. The chicken is good as usual but the brisket is over 90% fat. Horrible. And to top it off it was $3 more to fill my plate up with 90% on edible fat. Ridiculous. Needless to say I will not be returning sadly

I had eaten here previously and enjoyed it. This time my experience was not favorable. It took forever to get my food, I ended up having to go back up to the counter and ask them where it was. They replied they were making new meat. Once I got my entree the tacos hardly had any meat inside of them. They forgot my side, which I had to ask for again. The restaurant wasn’t busy inside, so that can’t be an excuse. I suppose better luck next time, but I’m not sure there will be a next time!

The service, the red cream soda and the pre-packaged rolls were good. The food however, was awful and when delivered to the table, was luke warm and that's even an understatement. My boyfriend got the brisket nachos and the brisket was raw as shown in the comparison photos. I do not recommend this location and I certainly will not be coming back.

Until last night I had never had a bad experience with this location. I placed my order for delivery via the R&R BBQ app. I was given an initial deliver time of 7:52 pm. Then it was updated to 8:02 pm. And the time just kept getting longer. The delivery service they use is DoorDash. When I reached out to the driver they told me that the restaurant told him another washer picked up my food. I called the restaurant and spoke to Skye who said that my order was stolen by the DoorDash driver and when I asked to speak to the manager he was busy. No sooner had I hung up than I got a text telling me that my order was cancelled. When I did the survey for the store I immediately received a response from Justin. Photo shows the interaction between us. Still trying to figure what the truth is because on the first message my order was handed off to the driver and then in the second message they never handed it off to the driver… Very unprofessional and poor communication. Don’t know that I will be going back to this location which is sad because I used to recommend this location to everyone

They’re open til 10pm, came in at 9:10, and they were already closing their kitchen and nobody bothered to greet us even after we tried to get their attention for another several minutes. When someone did come to help us, they didn’t have several menu items available anymore which made our visit pointless and we left.

We ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner, we ordered it for the wrong date, but we were still provided with the full order the next day with smiles and friendly service. The food is always exceptional and the entire family asks for this dinner every year.

I picked my smoked turkey today, the reheat time is 3hours and 45 minutes. If I wanted to cook a turkey I wouldn't have paid 85$ for your uncooked smoked turkey! Thanks for making my Thanksgiving harder!
