For the most part, I enjoy a good BBQ. My expectations are not unreasonable and I like to try new things. I have gone here a few times and I have learned if you order to go then you are likely to get the portions that look more like leftovers with the chopped brisket. The atmosphere is casual and fun for a good lunch or quick bite. The nachos definitely leave much to be desired overall, and the brisket chopped is either flavorful and great or it completely misses the mark and it just depends on luck and timing as to which of the two you will get. The workers are kind and do their jobs well and it's a good location overall for lunch or a casual meal. It's definitely worth trying for different BBQ options, but since the consistency isn't the greatest, I though leaving a 3-star review was a pretty accurate review for begin good but not above many other local locations.

Had two sandwich orders, both pulled pork, one with fries[excellent], second with mac & cheese, very good. Come to St. GEORGE!!!!!!
In the past, R and R has been a staple for me and my family. Lately it looks like their food standards have gone downhill. They charge extra for brisket but the brisket is always dry and literally the worst thing on their menu.Staff doesn’t pay much attention either as I have had multiple times where they missed part of my order.

There was a time when I would have chosen R&R over any bbq place in Utah. Not anymore.I have messaged you guys so many times about the quality of the food that it’s ridiculous. Today was so bad. The food was cold and had clearly been sitting out for some time. It had ZERO flavor. It wasn’t even salted. The sauce didn’t even help it. The meat was unbelievably bland!I’ve mentioned to you when the meat is dry. When it has no smoke or seasoning. When it’s just tough.Before you guys franchised you were easily the best bbq in Salt Lake. Ever since you franchised, the quality has taken a huge nosedive. There is nothing good about it anymore.I’m going to take my business to Bam Bams in Orem from now on. I’d rather drive the 35 minutes and get exceptional bbq than the 5 minutes to get to disappointing bbq. It’s not worth my money or my time anymore. Especially when it seems that nothing is being done to fix it. I should be able to expect the same quality and taste each time I come in. I NEVER had to use the sauces before because the meat was so good. Then I had to start using it occasionally. Then almost all the time, then all the time. Even though I have to use it now, it doesn’t help.So, I’ll say farewell. It was a great ride while it lasted. I’m truly sad to say goodbye.

Your online ordering options don’t work. From your site it forces me to sign up, but then never sends me the email to log in or whatever despite clicking resend like a dozen times over the course of several minutes, and on delivery apps which I tried after, it forces me to choose an option I don’t want when it doesn’t even offer the other option ie. I want chips, but can only select fries at an up charge. Never ended up trying the food because I couldn’t order what I wanted ahead from Uber, DD, or your website. Please rectify. I like to order ahead to avoid the anxiety of being in foreign spaces and loitering awkwardly while I wait for my food. Those nachos looked superb. Hopefully when we try again the ordering platforms will be fixed.

Honestly, if it hasn't been said before already, this was the worst meal I've ever spent 20+ dollars on. Please do yourself a solid and go anywhere but here, the food was as dry as my flaky elbows. The barbecue sauce was okay, the brisket was dry and not even seasoned one bit at all. The ribs were not tender and extremely hard to to bite into, it was cold tasteless and rigid like sand. There is only one thing I enjoyed, and that was leaving. :) Additionally, the portion sizes were meant for a 3 month old baby for a "2 meat" plate. I will say however, they do load up your baked potato, but that doesn't distract the absolute monstrosity of dry meat on top. Thank you to the employees for the good customer service.

Mac and cheese was good got the 3 meat plate brisket was all fat smoked turkey tasted like it was soaked in liquid smoke pulled pork was mostly fat and to top it off it was ice cold when it came to our table dont waste your time or money here .

The pictures that I am posting says it all, this is the third bad experience that we have had. I usually won’t leave a negative review for one bad experience, but this one is the dealbreaker for us. Ribs and brisket were sooo dry, banana pudding was brown. So disappointed, wasted 50.00 and we ate the mashed potatoes and hush puppies.
