The Judas bar ever made me a lemon fog and I mentioned it a little bit too much honey. She made me a new one. The customer service is on point. The atmosphere is almost as good 12 out of 10.

Rating the coffee because that's why I was there. Amazing. Also amazing customer service. Super fun atmosphere and things to look at while the barista made the coffee. Wish it would have listed somewhere that the sandwiches are no where near homemade but are Jimmy Dean's frozen sandwiches, which are not good at all haha. Will go again if I am in the area for coffee but don't plan on getting food there.

I wanted to like this place but I feel really put out now. I walked in to a nearly empty shop (great for me lol)
I stood back away from the counter while I decided what I wanted, and then when I made my decision and came up, one of the baristas just stared at me for a second then walked off. The other was pleasant enough, but still made it awkward in the end.
By that I mean, whatever I don't expect a baristas to be ecstatic about working, but at least treat customers equally. I was basically shrugged off. But when a group of ladies walked in shortly after they were greeted immediately in a warm friendly tone. Then my drink was finished the same time as anothers, I said thank you to no response, which whatever I wasn't expecting one except that the lady who came up directly after did the same and immediately got an excited "you're welcome! Come again!"
I don't believe I was rude or unpleasant or unprofessional in any way. Idk it felt "off" and made me think lowly of the barista, which I don't like thinking

This place is great. For their coffee, and for AA/NA meetings! The attendees are always genuine and welcoming. I always leave pumped up after attending a meeting there. Their times are also convenient! I believe most of their meetings start at 7 pm. Check it out! You’ll meet a ton of great people

This is a great little coffee shop to help start your day with good vibes and good drinks. I personally don't drink coffee, but their italian sodas are really good. They can add some redbull to it if you need a little caffiene pick-me-up too. My friends love the coffee and vanilla chai from here. Jasmine always does a great job. If you like trying new places or visiting coffee shops to chill, you've got to try Rise & Grind at least once.

I am rarely in Midvale and was looking for a place to buy a herbal tea and thought I'd give this place a try. They have a good selection of herbal teas (more than just 1 or 2) so I was thrilled about that. When I walked up to the counter, no one was there and I had to wait several minutes before someone came out from the back. When they finally arrived - they seemed more interested in talking to the people who were already in the cafe - rather than making me feel welcome.
I did like the tea - and I would probably go back if I was in the area again - just because of the selection of teas. But overall not terribly impressed by their desire to serve me and make me feel like I SHOULD come back.
