I just want to start off by saying that this is my new favorite coffee shop. Absolutely LOVE the atmosphere! Lots of skulls, beautiful and unique artwork, and cozy couches. The secret menu has delicious drinks with fun names. I have loved every drink that I've tried from the secret menu so far. The baristas that work here are very sweet and friendly. Another thing that makes this place absolutely amazing is the variety of addiction support groups that are held here (e.g., A.A., N.A., C.A., H.A., COD.A.). I love how supportive and accepting this place is. Come for the coffee, stay for the healing!

It’s frustrating when coffee shops show photos of beautiful craft drinks in a real ceramic mug, but the baristas seem put out when you ask for a real mug, not a paper cup. Furthermore, why aren’t baristas trained to make basic coffee drinks like a cappuccino? First of all, the goal is not to boil the milk. It shouldn’t be too hot to drink. There’s no need to stroke the steam wand in the milk. It’s not an intimate encounter. There are countless videos on how to properly froth milk. Also, a cappuccino is not a latte. A cappuccino is not a giant mug filled with hot milk and a little foam on top. That’s a latte. And never reheat milk! That makes for boiling hot milk that sours the stomach. So as I write this and my drink is boiling in front of me, I’ll finish this and kindly show myself out and leave the drink behind.

Latte was very sour and bitter, couldn't finish it. The lady at the register was very nice and quick. I love that this place hosts a ton of AA and other addiction support groups but.... WHAT were they thinking with the bathroom mural??? Huge painted mural depicting SUICIDE by gun, in which the red blood that comes out of the head of the painted woman turns into pretty butterflies. Triggering, disturbing, and unthoughtful towards your customers in recovery.

Don’t waste your time, it’s always dead for a reason- the “baristas” act like you aren’t there and give you dirty looks if you come up to the counter and all together make you feel unwelcome as soon as you walk in, like you inturrupted their sesh.
