We have ordered food from Royal South Seas many times in the past and loved it. Today ruined it forever. We ordered dinner number 3 and kung pao chicken which according to there menu should have been about $42. When we our food was delivered it was more than $65. The delivery person stated it was cause of inflation which I understand. They should have stated that there might be an extra charge because of circumstances. When we finally got our food the egg foyoung was cold and we were shorted two shrimp. The shrimp according to there menu are $2 each. They are now over charging and giving you less for your money. I loved this place but now we will part ways and never patronage this business ever again.

If you want the best food ever that shockingly sits well with your stomach, you need to come here.At first it was weird because looks like someone’s house but it is so worth. You need to try this place. If I only had to eat from one restaurant for the rest of my life, this would be it. 20/10 500% recommended!

I like this restaurant! They have marvelous dishes, they have a nice menu, The cook in that restaurant is a professional, I like very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are consistently fresh, the service towards the guests is efficient. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never disappointed. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Utah. It's predecessor (The original South Seas) was always a Midvale and family favorite. The owner here worked at the original and it tastes exactly the same. Do I like more traditional Chinese? Of course I do but this is an excellent tradition of it's own. Their egg foo yung is the best. I go out of my way, bypassing other good restaurants, to get take out from here. Thanks Royal South Seas!

Good food overall. Pon Pon, chow mein, curry, egg rolls, house fried rice are pretty good. Not gourmet but a solid choice. Good portions and prices. Bo is a good guy. Support a small business with takeout.
