Placed an order through the app. It has been over 30 minutes since I arrived, and I am still waiting in my car. Pressed the red button one more time to confirm I’m checked in. They got my name, said “ok” then cut off. As I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for my small order of 2 drinks and a snack. Watched a few cars come and go and I don’t know what I did wrong. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

10:00PM. Can’t believe I had to tell your employees to seal the Uber Eats to go order and have him argue with me about it. Customers do not receive their food unsealed as an uber. Horrible evening crew. Their parking lot and drive way looks like it’s seen an earthquake or two.

we arrived about a half hour before closing and attempted to order. i couldn’t even place an order for a single item as their was a slight communication issue, instead of continuing to work with us, the cashier said “one moment” and left. we waited for about 5 minutes, no response, and the order button turned off. i think the cashier was trying to wait us out for a half hour, bad service and i wouldn’t trust the food

So it says on your website for pickup that I can get the shark bite drink, and when I came to the actual restaurant itself to order it in person they told me (they can’t do that), if they say that then why don’t you update your website saying (online delivery only), that’s the main thing that pissed me off, other then that everything else is amazing

Very great service at the sonic. Food always comes out quick. I’d recommend trying to jalapeño poppers and cranberry limeade. It’s pretty solid for a fast food restaurant. Also has a great very central location as well.

I am extremely upset. I drove to the location to get my food, but yall didn’t not expect Apple Pay like everywhere else. I had no other way to pay so I did not get my food that was already in my car and taken away. No one told me I could have just downloaded the app. I got home and payed way extra just to get my food again through Uber eats. The WHOLE reason I wanted sonic is the blue raspberry slush WITH ice cream mixed in. In person they did it just fine, but with Uber eats I called the location 3 times no answer. I asked the Uber eats delivery guy to ask and the sonic staffed refused to mix in with some ice cream in my slush. So I ended up paying extra for stuff I did not even want. Absolutely not okay and the worst experience at any restaurant I’ve had I am livid.
