I am extremely upset. I drove to the location to get my food, but yall didn’t not expect Apple Pay like everywhere else. I had no other way to pay so I did not get my food that was already in my car and taken away. No one told me I could have just downloaded the app. I got home and payed way extra just to get my food again through Uber eats. The WHOLE reason I wanted sonic is the blue raspberry slush WITH ice cream mixed in. In person they did it just fine, but with Uber eats I called the location 3 times no answer. I asked the Uber eats delivery guy to ask and the sonic staffed refused to mix in with some ice cream in my slush. So I ended up paying extra for stuff I did not even want. Absolutely not okay and the worst experience at any restaurant I’ve had I am livid.

I am officially done with this place. The screens never work, and the service is terrible. The food has never been good, but at least the drinks were ok. Though I have three times now had to drive away because the basic drink I ordered took longer than 15 minutes, and no one had a clue. No doubt the constant employee turnover is an issue, but I refuse to deal with it anymore.

For fast food, it's not too bad. We had the chili cheese tater tots add ranch dressing and jalapeños. It's a go-to. You haven't tried it.... you should.

Ordered a Footlong Chilli Cheeze Coney, and it had no chilli on 3 inches of both sides of hot dog. Obviously it looked nothing like the one they advertize that is covered with chilli from side to side. Also, didn't receive my food till nearly 5 minutes after the order sign read that someone is bringing my food.. Very disappointing visit.

We pulled in, decided what we wanted, pressed the button and were told to wait for the girl to come out. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE! A new car pulls up next to us, pushes the button... and they took that cars order.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wish I would’ve followed the other five cars lead when they left the drive-thru line. Two slushes took forever and weren’t even right.
Ordered 5 slushes ahead of time via the Sonic App. I arrived at the time the app said it would be ready, and checked in, confirming I was ready for my order to be brought out. Proceeded to wait for ages, before hitting the button to follow up. The employee seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, before bringing out my order several minutes later. The slushes had clearly been sitting out for some time. In total, I waited for nearly 30 minutes for something that should have been ready by the time I arrived. Just another instance of Sonic doing Sonic things.
