I am very disappointed in how our world is becoming. My daughter was thirsty for water, and was denied a cup of dang water at your store today and was told that she must purchase something in order to get a cup of water. What if she was so thirsty and dehydrated?? You turn people away a cup of water just to make a buck? Money is more important than giving someone water?? That is disgusting and cruel. Shame on whoever said that must be policy. I hope whoever that is reads this and changes their heart.

I'm not sure how one messes up a white mocha, but this one had zero flavor. It was more of a cappuccino.

The Starbucks closest to me has been a disappointment too many times that I always drive a little further to come to this one. Not only are they fast but get the order correct and are super friendly! Rayne at the window was so kind and made sure everything was perfect. My mom is very picky about her cold foam and they nailed it!

Burnt the hell out of my espresso. Literally tastes charred. I like Starbucks because the price isn’t too bad but I just spent $6 and my drink is inedible I’ve gotten the same thing for years and I will not be visiting this location again.

The vibes here are always golden, most recently and what prompted this review was a lovely human interaction with who I believe js the manager asking after my day and checking in with me about my sister!

I’ll always remember when my little sister had a bad day and rolled up to the drive thru window upset with tears in her eyes and your employees talked with her and wrote motivational messages on her cup. It made her day, and it made mine. Thanks for keeping us in mind.

I really love your coffee, but today’s drive-thru experience was the worst way to start the week. The person in charge was anything but friendly—rude, and they practically threw my coffee toward my car window. On top of that, their way of speaking to me was completely unprofessional. Honestly, people like this shouldn’t be working at a place like yours.
