Let’s compare the iced caramel macchiato I just drank with the iced caramel coffee I had at Mcdonalds earlier.
Iced caramel macchiato: $6.77. Acrid. Low on flavor. Pressure to tip: Minimal, thank goodness.
Iced caramel coffee: $2 plus tax. (I got cookies with it; I'm not sure what exactly it comes to, by itself.) A bit sweet, but pleasantly caramel-flavored. Pressure to tip: None.
Sizes were basically identical. In terms of drink quality, I’d say the Mcdonalds drink was easily superior. And it cost A THIRD AS MUCH.
I'm pretty sure I just drank my last iced caramel macchiato from Starbucks.

Very upset , not too sure how these points work but I know im a loyal customer with the Midvale location & rack up points on my app. I had about 275 points for the worker to tell me the points don’t cover my drink & still proceeds to redeem the points I had on my point , from my understanding 250 points plus get you a drink of any kind ?? now I’m left with the little points i have as of now due to this worker redeeming them and not even giving my free drink ! Ridiculous , be going to a different location

This location is always fast and efficient while also brightening my morning! I’m writing this review because my usual favorite coffee this morning was AMAZING. The best I’ve gotten probably ever! Thank you

This Starbucks location has a couple good workers there, tho the rest of the workers ruin it, won't be going back way to many orders messed up! Don't know what they are putting in the coffee drinks,...

Has gone downhill a lot. Everyone I know that frequents this location gets a mild case of bowel irritation after getting a drink here. I would caution against this location.

I went and I said my order correct. I don’t know if they mixed up my order or what but it was not even close to what I ordered and the girl there said “what are you expecting me to remake it” and I said yes that’s not what i ordered, and she said no it definitely wasn’t. Then she said well do you want me to remake it? Or you can just leave and she shut the window and walked away. A different person completed my order. I asked for her name but they said no. I also asked how I could get a hold of the manager and they said they don’t give her info out. It was a blond girl though.

I used to live right by this Starbucks and they seem to always get my order right and didn’t take a long time with any of the stuff.

I don’t eat gluten and I don’t do dairy so it’s kinda weird but they have made me the impossible burgers without the bun and without the cheese.

It was great. I love their Chocolate Croissants. The service was fast & the server was nice. I love their Caramel Frappucino.
