Ordered online. Paid with gift card. Online system crashed and I had to pay again in store. Things happen, no big deal. Called back after getting home and realizing I had to pay twice. The lady that I spoke to had an attitude and tried to argue.

To top it off the bread was stale.

Poor food quality and terrible service = 1 star review and my family not going back

Hey Subway, I know its been awhile since I’ve been in school. But back in the old days, out on the prairie, $6.99 + $6.99 = $ 13.98, not $ 17.28. When I went into the store to pick my order up, the young lady behind the counter said “one of the sandwiches, the special doesn’t apply.” Really Subway? It doesn’t apply to “any footlong” Mmmmm, I’m confused….. Maybe math has changed???

I’ve given loreina 2 chances to make my food right. Never coming here again. She SUCKS at making the food and I don’t know why she still has her job. For starters, she has attitude. She heated up the meat separately, and then later on asked me for cheese. And didn’t heat the wrap itself. So the wrap and the cheese were both cold. And I barely got ANY meat. Who makes a wrap like that? It’s so sad looking. I honestly should’ve read the reviews before coming here, because most of them are bad reviews. So spare yourselves, and just choose a different subway.

At 7:00pm on 8/21/24 the MANAGER there she wiped her nose ungloved and didn’t wash her hands then tried to touch the paper to make mine and my moms and my dads food which we said could you wash your hands and she walked away to the cash register then back to us still didn’t wash her hands so we walked out that is disgusting

Go to Jersey Mikes or Port of Subs, not only will you actually get the meat that you pay for, you’ll also get the meat sliced fresh. Used to be a faithful Subway goer, but they’re now in the business of starving people and banking off it.

Don’t know who it was helping me no name tag. But she was rude. She was arguing with me about what I wanted and I’ve gotten it before. If you don’t wanna work with people, don’t especially if you have that kind of attitude towards them and to top it off when I got home the food was disgusting. I will not be back to this place unless you get new employees that are pleasant to the public.

The service is so bad we literally waited for 15 minutes straight and they kept cleaning and refilling and doing online orders.
They could have at least informed please wait for few minutes.
I have never experienced this kind of customer service.

La Raina is the employee that helped out. She was awful and needs to learn people skills. This isn't the job for you. She was rude and condescending. We ended up just leaving and not getting anything. She talked to us like we were stupid when ordering a sandwich. I'll never come to this subway again
