We received a gift card and wanted to use it, but this was the only location in the valley still open at 7pm. We drove up from Sandy and had $10 to spend and carefully picked items to keep it under the amount. Things went south when the clearly not happy to be working teenager behind the counter entered the items and came back with a price nearly $2 less than what things should have been--no worries, we added an item to get us back where we needed to be. We handed over the gift card and patiently waited for almost 5 minutes as she struggled, eventually telling us, "you can't use it at this location--it must have come from another store". Huh? It is a gift card for a local chain, what do you mean it must have come from another store? The sheer arrogance or maybe just laziness of the comment was enough to know I won't be supporting this business again. Absolutely no customer service combined with poor training really drove in the fact why 1/2 of these shops have closed permanently. Go to just about any other treat or cupcake shop in town and you will have a better experience. But don't waste your time here.

I worked for this place for a short while before they fired me. I had very poor training and guidance and was trained under someone who was only there 2 weeks. I was ultimately fired for not having learned things that were not taught to me. The owner seemed to have a strange fixation with hiring predominantly blonde women, more than is standard for Utah, I am unsure if this is still the case. The place was cute on the front end but as is usual with capitalism, workers were not respected.

Please don’t sell day-old cookies without labeling them as such. We looove your black and white cookies but half the time they’re stale. Putting them in the freezer and reselling them the next day just lowers the quality—we’re never sure if we’re getting a stale cookie or a fresh one, until we buy it and then we can sure taste the difference.
The cupcakes were beautiful and delicious, some were a tad dry. Overall great location and yummy cupcakes.

I bought 4 different cupcakes here to share with coworkers and WOW. We couldn't believe how good they were. The cake part was so moist and the frosting was perfect. The cupcakes weren't over sweet, they were just right which made you want to eat one more! There are many cupcake options to choose from and they have other sweets that look really good. Definitely coming back soon and highly recommend!
