I went here for the first time with some friends. Had 2 drinks and someone stuck their foot out and tripped me. I was than cut off and told not to come back. I will never go back their drinks are under poured and unless you are a "regular" don't think you are going to get any attention paid to you.

Love this bar, Amber, Tara, Loren, Trevelle, Shawn, Tiffany, Kay are AWESOME!!!! I have always felt welcomed. The staff is wonderful. I could not ask for a better Dive bar! Hell even the customers are wonderful the regulars I mean.. I'm so glad that this place is still here.

It's not the best for drinks, the music isn't the best, the environment wasn't comfortable, the beer on draft was all out -its been a couple weeks and the bartender that helped me was rude her name was Amber and just expected just to be tipped and took my change and not even a thank you... don't go here there's better places near the area .

This bar is cool but the bartender “Trevelle” is rude. She over charged us and when we caught her we didn’t say anything we just let it go and she knew and she just gave us dirty looks and didn’t want to serve us again. She looks miserable & like she hates her job she should not be working there.

Older guys across the bar from me were spouting off about shooting Mexicans (because there are apparently too many of them) and the bartender gave them a free beer. They seemed like [drunk] regulars, so maybe they got the free beer because of that? Either way, I would not recommend unless that's your kind of scene.

Let me preface this review-I mean no harm and this is just my very honest review. I’m writing this under an alias because I know the manager to ban people for petty things and I wouldn’t put a bad review past her.I can honestly say three alarm is one of my all time favorite bars. I used to come here every night. The staff was amazing. The regulars are like family to me. I’d look forward to coming in and seeing my fav regulars, the cook Troy is amazing, and of course see my favorite staff.Up until about a month ago, I loved everything about it. But the manager Sandy is very unprofessional. She fires perfectly great and reliable staff without any warnings-simply because she doesn’t like them. And those still around live in stress and anxiety about job security.She brings back previous bartenders who are unreliable and not attentive and quite frankly should NOT be bartenders based off previous events. The reviews about JJ below are fake. He gives out favors for a good review and that’s gross…I now have to wait 20 minutes to get a drink because they are either understaffed or simply not attentive at all. I watch many around me get upset about being ignored or forgotten about after they’ve ordered.I’m honestly so disappointed in the manager Sandy. She needs to learn how to manage better, because she acts like an immature teenager. I see all this as a regular, I’ve never worked here and I see all this. That’s how bad it is. Not a good look. Do better Sandy.
