Food was VERY average

The food is not very good. We ordered extra meat but the meat came frozen. When we asked them to reheat it they just fried it on one side, the meat was still frozen. The egg roll was VERY bad we could not finish it. I will never come back

Stay away from ordering from here! They use UberEats for delivery. While ordering my food they were promising to deliver within 25 minutes. As soon as I clicked and placed my order (over $40) the delivery time changed to 2.5 hours!? Within a second I cancelled my order, yet, they still charged me for the entire order. Don’t order food from here, they are deceitful. Please refund me!

I’m not a huge ramen fan but it was good I did finish most of my ramen I ordered the shoyu broth with toro ramen. I wish there was more meat in my ramen. I stopped eating pork so there wasn’t a lot of non pork options I would prefer if they also had a vegetarian selection. A good thing about toro is that they were fast and they are open later compared to all the ramen places closing around 9-10 which is a rare find in UT.

Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options with ramen.

I think this location is under new management and you can absolutely tell, and not in a good way. I used to love the tonkotsu broth and char sui, but this last order was awful. The broth was bland and didn't have the same velvety texture, and the pork was over cooked and chewy. The pork portions have gotten smaller too. Don't waste your time here. Disappointment all around.

Read the reviews on this one, avoid overpriced mediocre food that can get you sick in a place that smells like a sewer. The owners telling people in reviews "send it back if u don't like it sorry we cant make u happy" is really poor business.

The food is excellent-probably my current favorite ramen place. I came here several times a while back, but haven't had the opportunity to return until recently. They've expanded their menu quite a bit and offer more than just ramen. I'm sure it's also good, but the reason I'm here is for the noodles, so I haven't tried the other stuff.
The space is a bit small and can be crowded and noisy. My only real complaint, though, is the payment process. They bring you a terminal and then hover over you as you select a tip account. The suggested tips start at 20% and go up from there, which is a bit presumptuous. As I was trying to calculate what a normal 15% tip would be, the server tried to "help" me along. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, he probably just thought I was unsure what to do next, but it felt like I was being prodded to choose one of the suggested 20%+ options. It felt very awkward and I didn't like it.
Aside from that snafu, it was a positive experience and we really enjoyed the food.

UPDATED REVIEW-

Avoid Toro Ramen at all costs. My kids and I all became severely sick after eating their pork belly ramen. Symptoms started within a few hours, which aligns with foodborne illnesses like Staphylococcus aureus (Staph) or Bacillus cereus, both of which can cause sickness within 30 minutes to 6 hours after eating.

When I called to notify the restaurant, the manager dismissed my concerns, claiming, "You can't get sick after three hours of eating," which is completely false. Their lack of accountability and concern for customer safety was shocking. If we end up needing medical care, they will absolutely be responsible for covering the hospital bills.

After further research, I found many other reviews describing similar experiences of getting sick after eating here. This seems to be a recurring issue.

Adding to this, Toro Ramen has a history of health code violations. They have been cited for issues such as improper food handling and lack of cleanliness in their kitchen. This is public record and should be a serious warning to anyone considering dining here. The owner's dismissive attitude, combined with these violations, shows a lack of accountability and respect for customer safety.

The food wasn't even good, and the risk is not worth it. Avoid this place at all costs!!

Service was pretty good, appetizers were alright, but the ramen was NOT GOOD. I’m not one to share reviews but I ended up spending $75 on 2 people for terrible ramen. Do not recommend what so ever.

I'm just picking up doordash and there are two customers at a table. The order is 15 minutes late now, and the woman who I assume is the owner is walking around in a hoodie, which is super tacky with everyone else in uniform. If you want food quick, I wouldn't get it from here.

Ordered ramen and the worst ramen I've ever eaten. I don't usually write a review but had to this time. The broth was lukewarm and the noodles were cold. $16+$2 (thick noodle) for such ramen. Overpriced.

It hurt my feelings to leave no tip. I was very disappointed at Pho. It was just like rice noodles and pork in lukewarm water. Very tasteless.

Ramen-Thai restaurant. I'm not sure about the Thai food, but I don't think the ramen really succeeds here. They offer a variety of broths and also different choices for the noodle for some prices that are maybe slightly too high! However, once the food came, the noodles, though fresh, were too starchy and clumped together in a dough ball. The broth was not bad but lacked the deep umami one expects with ramen. The chashu was good, but not tender. Overall, not horrible food, but it lacks the quality I expect of good ramen.
