We came in when it was dead ended up waiting 30+ minutes for three items and there was a group that came over 15 minutes after us got their stuff first but ordered more food than we had ordered. The chicken was dry and my egg was cold I mean like just out of the fridge cold. We spent $54 not worth it.

Bad meat… even worse customer service! We’ve been loyal customers here for quite a while and always enjoyed the food, but tonight was really disappointing. I ordered takeout, the Meat Lovers Ramen, Chasu Ramen, and an order of gyoza. When I arrived, I had to wait about 10 minutes past the promised pickup time, which I didn’t mind since it was a busy Saturday night. However, when I got home, the pork belly tasted sour and looked grey. I tried another piece to be sure, and it was the same. I called the restaurant immediately to let them know so they wouldn’t accidentally serve spoiled meat to someone else. The response I received was simply, “No one else has complained.” I wasn’t calling for a refund or anything, just to inform them but sadly, after this experience, we won’t be returning. There are too many great ramen spots around to risk this happening again.

We went for lunch on a Friday and it was not busy. The Ramen was amazing and a very large portion. I ate and drank it all up. The different meats were so tender and packed with flavor.

This was a terrible experience. We sat down for a long time and weren’t even served water. I asked the server for ice water, but it had such a strong chemical taste, like bleach, that it was hard to swallow. I ordered the chicken ramen, and the chicken tasted like it was from yesterday — it had a strong fridge smell and a weird, papery texture that made it seem old. The only good thing about this place is that it stays open late. Definitely not coming back.

First time coming here and I'll be coming back for sure. Went around midnight and ordered Tofu & Veggie Pho & kimchi. It's a cute little spot and Staff was very kind and welcoming. When I got home the food was still nice and HOT and the Pho has good flavor 😊 . I do wish there was a little more tofu , but still was delicious. They have a good size menu also with great options - I can't wait to try the Ramen.

This was one of the most disappointing and disrespectful restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We called 20 minutes before closing to let them know we were coming for sushi. They confirmed — no problem. We drove all the way there, arriving 10 minutes before closing, only to find the doors locked, lights dimmed, and staff completely ignoring us.
The worst part? We saw people walking out of the restaurant while we were parking — proof they were still inside and could have served us. Instead, they pretended to be closed, refusing to honor their own business hours.
This is pure laziness, unprofessionalism, and zero respect for customers’ time. If you don’t want to serve people until closing time, don’t lie and say you will. We’ll never spend another dollar here, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
