We ordered on the app 10 minutes away and once we arrived at the store, we waited another 20 minutes for our food! People 3 cars behind us got their food while three other cars were waiting in the mobile order parking places.
So slow. I would avoid this location.

None of the employees wear gloves. One employee was putting all the food in bags and touching fries and food w/his bare hands(while simultaneously texting on his phone). He didnt look up from his phone one time. Sooo disgusting.

I wish I had caught their names cause the server with the braids was amazing and really polite. I think it must have been a rough day for his coworker cause the guy with short hair wasn't mean, but just kinda seemed done with it all.

Oooof I hate having to do 1stars but the owners need to hire more help. The poor people there are overwhelmed. They need help!! Absolutely nothing the employees are doing wrong. Owners need to get it together! Also... I'd you still owe me some spicy nugs that I was shorted.

I've been craving a burger for a week or so. This was the right decision! The service was prompt and friendly and the food came out hot. The Dave's Double w/ cheese is my go to for a fast food burger and today's visit did not disappoint! Thanks guys!

Cashier messed up order. We were over charged and trying to get a manager for over 45 minutes to take care of it. Then he didn't even handle refund or apologize he had cashier come and try to get me to order something else. No thank you, I already ate. I just want my money back. Eyes rolled and attitude. Even tried saying my dad ordered 2 chili's for himself and I was standing right there.

I had to wait longer than I would've liked for service. They said they couldn't make me a chocolate frosty but to make up for it, they gave me extra fries.
