The guy who took our order was not the nicest and while we waited for our food to get done which took longer then 15, we noticed none of them were wearing gloves while making our food and was eating the food they were making! Not coming back

i had never had wingstop but my boyfriend took me here and i’m really glad he did because when i ate the fries i cried they were so good also the worker was patient and funny with us, i think the food is worth the wait, the place itself was a little dingy and slightly dirty but the food was

Ordered carry out, never got my frys well done anytime I come here, they’re cold and soggy like they throw it in the fryer for five seconds than take it out. Or something is wrong with the equipment cooking it. Wings are good but this locations team is utterly failing on doing the sides.
got really bad food poisoning and had to go to the hospital. never eating here again.

I go here every ones and a while but have been back with says a lot for me with food places. The food is good and they are relatively fast getting it to you. The staff are nice and seem to like being there.
I was in line for 5 min and wasn’t even greeted. I was the only person in line, Lol.
Went next door and got Cupbop, took 5 minutes to get my food.

My kids and I have only experienced trouble at this location when it comes to ranch! And yes it really is that serious. The first time they ripped me off by giving us the “side of ranch” that usually comes with the combos even after paying the $4 extra for the LARGE ranch we took it as, maybe they just forgot. It happens. But after 3 different occasions of specifically telling them we paid for the LARGE range they just brush it off with 5 side ranches equals one large ranch ? it’s embarrassing that I’m even rating yall on the ranch but hey it becomes problem when I specifically pay $4 for that LARGE ranch. But please keep in mind they have served me with the actual LARGE ranch before which is why I’m confused as to why they ripped me off in 3 different occasions. Idk if yall get paid a bonus for rationing your ranch but please get it together.

Waited almost 1 hours for 8 peice boneless wing combo with fries. I finally got food. The fries were cold and wings didn't have much flavor. I watched people walk in and out. With there food. I still didn't get my food. I called and manager he just hung-up on me for complaining about service and time!!

Wasn’t feeling like cooking (I mean, when am I ever??)…so I took the kiddos here. They have been begging for it after we repeatedly saw the jenga commercial with the song that goes “no flex, zone!” …and I had never tried it. Just a bit more on the commercial, the family glares/smirks during jenga and it’s all very confusing (not sure if it’s a celeb or something like that?? If anyone knows what I’m talking about please reach out??) We ordered the 30 wing deal and it was very good! It offers celery and carrots, but we chose ALL carrots because no one ever eats the celery. (Side note, celery gives my mouth a burning sensation… does anyone know what this is about/relate?? If so, please reach out???) I personally liked it more than other wing places I have tried, which isn’t that many places I guess… My family normally doesn’t go for wings…seems like a weird takeout option. We usually opt for more traditional option like Chinese food or burgers, and all jokes aside I really do try to cook most nights!! I usually do something like a simple casserole or set my crockpot and FORGET IT??? I am bone-in wing kinda girl, but my boys and my husband love the boneless chicken nugget feel… so we got both! Overall, great food, great service, and great location! My boys really like it! I will be coming again! Definitely on the heavier side in terms of the food, but it is good when this is the food you are craving.?Happy May!
