Ever go to a place so much that when you walk in, they know exactly who you are. Well this Wingstop does a fantastic job. Flavors are always amazing and I think that's what makes Wingstop so popular. To be frank with you I go to this Wingstop probably once a week and sometimes more and I have to go to the gym a lot to make up for all the chicken and sauce that I consume in my life but completely worth it. Oh, and their french fries seasoning that they put on it is probably one of my favorites ...always surprised when they have french fries contest on which one is the best that Wingstop is not brought up because they do have amazing fries.

The manager from the store front is rude/ claims to know it all in reality he over charges/ makes everything extra in the store front repetitively put me on hold/ tried charging me extra for items i regularly order in an often basis $5-6 dollars more

Ordered for two and they served our food but only gave us one ranch? When we ordered we both informed the cashier we wanted ranch with our order. In this case, I went back to where you pick up your food tray when you dine in to ask for another ranch. As a person who had a long day and just bought a house and came to Wingstop to just eat and relax, it was annoying. The chick with the pink hair made me pay for another ranch. Like girl? I am just ready to eat, its not my fault your cashier didn't input two ranches on the order when he asked and we confirmed. Super annoying, but whatever take the stupid $2 and some change for ranch. It low key felt petty. LOL all I can think of Wingstop now is "Spaaaaaare Channnge, Spaaaare Chaaange.." IYKYK (;

They had our very large Super Bowl order ready to go. Very organized with lots of orders to be picked up before the game. Lemon pepper wings were a bit weak on seasoning. Overall, great job.

Honestly the food is good, but the service was kinda bad. We ordered just a 10x wing meal and we got boneless because we thought it would be quicker. Nope. It took them 30+ minutes just to get our order out and we didn't order much. Honestly they just need to have better time management with orders.

I love the classic wings here, but 2 out of 3 time I ordered here, they gave me boneless instead of classic even though I paid for classic. I let them know the first time, but I really don't have time to tell them every time they mess up. I have to get back to life. Also, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get anything here. I love the seasoned fries, but they are sweet.

The extremely loud rap music played in the kitchen, competing with the piped music is beyond ridiculous. So loud they couldn't hear me ask for to-go boxes so I could get the heck out of there. The workers should consider they are at a place of business and as long as there are customers, they should refrain...or be fired. Insane!! Will not return.

NEVER GO HERE. Ordered my food online the day before and waited over 90 minutes after my pickup time for my food. Then i figured out they canceled my order. Every employee i talked to including the manager couldn't give me a response and no one knew how to talk to customers. I got hung up on 5 times trying to get my ordered figured out and left on hold for 30 minutes. They canceled my order ticket without telling us and we never got our food. horrible place

DO NOT GO HERE. Website would not allow me to make a future order. Got all the way through ordering process & it wouldn't allow me to schedule the pick up time. Called in the order. Asked if I needed to pay then, they said no. Later called me back & said I had to pay for it now. Gave them my credit card info, then they said their system wouldn't process my credit card so I'd have to come in and pay for ahead of time it to be able to order it. What?! No thank you. Get your crap together Wing-Stop. Not dealing with these people anymore. Buffalo Wild Wings is a lot more helpful.

This is the closest location to us, so we frequent them pretty often. However, the last several visits have been pretty disappointing. My biggest complaint is that the wing flavors are just lacking, well… flavor. It’s like they’ve been watering down the sauces to stretch them to last longer. They also need to change their frying oil more often. The wings we got when this location first opened were exemplary quality for a chain wing place. But over the last year, this location has left us wanting, big time. The side veggies have been poor quality, wilted and dry. Wings themselves are just okay, on the order of meat quantity and quality, but on this last visit two of our flats still had some feathers attached. Inside, the tables need to be bussed a little more often and the soda station is always a mess. I know restaurants really have to prioritize door dash orders these days, but last time we went in, we waited for over 45 minutes to get the order I placed at the counter. At least two dozen DoorDash orders went through the kitchen and out the door before we got our food. Some of those were probably already in the queue, but come on. Almost an hour for twenty wings? Sheesh. I think your money is better spent at Trolley Wing Company.
