Cute place but nothing extraordinary about it. I actually had a bad experience several years ago when a server gave themselves a pretty good tip. Management didn't do anything about it. My bad for not paying attention. It is a little expensive for the quality of food.

We were there celebrating valentine's day inside the globe, recommendable experience, delicious food and excellent service (Trevor is the best).

Beautiful location with tasty Italian food. Go to their website to reserve one of the globes to eat in- they book out weeks/ months in advance.

We’ve been there three time the service was good but Spaghetti menu too mushy every single time you hardy pick them up with forks! I feel like eating baby food. But other than that was good. We like this place but maybe not their pasta.

When we showed up, we were told we would have to wait for our 5:30 alpenglobe reservation because another guest had gone over their allotted time. Staff were confused on what to do and we waited for the other guests to be asked to leave prior to finally sitting after 6pm.
Food - I had been before and knew what to expect. If you choose dependable favorites the food is fine and proportional to the price.
Service - once being seated the server was efficient but mannerisms extremely awkward.
All in all, cafe galleria is good for the alpenglobes but the food and service are not high end - they are a small town business and guests should manage their expectations as such!

Lovely swiss ski themed cafe, the bubbles are very fun. The food is alright, lacks a bit of flavoring. A great little place to stop into, it can get a bit crowded.

If I were to summarize the overall experience I would say this place is mid, at best. The food is basic and bland, not worth the amount you pay for the dinner. We sat in the globe which has the potential to be a cool experience, but I would not recommend you go during the winter time. The heaters in the globe work well enough to keep you from freezing but it’s far from comfortable. We noticed everyone in the globes around us kept their coats on throughout their dinner.
The service was fine, our server was friendly and the food came in a timely manner. The $50 you have to put down to reserve the globe does NOT go towards your bill at the end of the night. We ordered a salad and two entrees, our total for the dinner was $60. If you’re going to spend $110+ for a dinner I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

First of all, the globe experience is pretty cool. Yes, during the winter it can get pretty cold when they open the door to check on you or bring you your food. But it's very quaint and a fun atmosphere. The food, it's good. The lasagna, it's good. Not amazing, but good. The pizza needs about 2-3 more minutes cooking, and if you get the Margherita I suggest asking for more basil, but otherwise, good. The bruschetta, now I didn't have any myself, but my table ordered some, TWICE because apparently it was so good. We had fun, food is good, would go again. Oh, and the guys who were our servers? Freaking awesome. We're all Seattle sports fans, and one guy was a Broncos fan and another was a Seahawks fan, so we had a lot of fun chatting with them. Good guys and gals all around.

We visited this restaurant as tourists, and from the very beginning the service was extremely poor. From the moment the hostess greeted us, we noticed an indifferent and unwelcoming attitude. We were seated at the last table in the restaurant, and the experience made us feel discriminated against and treated with racism, especially for being Latino in a completely American establishment.
We waited more than 30 minutes, almost 45, and were never even brought water. After that time, we got up to check if perhaps we had been overlooked, but the servers kept walking around us and never once asked if we were okay or if we needed to be attended.
It was a truly unpleasant experience, especially as tourists. Terrible service and absolutely not recommended.

Eating inside the globe was a fun experience. The food was good and our waiter was very nice. Our globe lost power so it was a little chilly but the manager made it right with us. We will definitely be back.

We reserved last night an Alpenglobe for a party of 8. We thought they would be heated. Sure but by space heaters that just do not keep the space warm. It doesn't help when the servers and waitress keep the door open and let any little bit of warmth out.
We ordered a kids spaghetti when we ordered our cocktails and our cocktails came then our appetizer and then our dinner before we were like where is this kids spaghetti.
Wood fired pizza? No taste! Undercooked.
Huge salads though for a side note

The atmosphere was awesome and the food was great! Best of all was the service! Caden, the weaver, and their manager were so kind because it was cold and they brought us out a heater and were very hospitable! Really enjoyed our time here.
