Waited an hour for food, which wasn't very good. Burger was way overcooked. The appetizers are better than the entrees, but they were served after our entrees. We also watched one sit in the window to be served for 5+ minutes. Would not recommend the cocktails either.

Miles the bartender was great. The pizza we ordered tasted like the crust was a frozen crust. A 22 dollar pizza shouldnt be a frozen crust. The pizza used to be a lot better here when it was Wildfire. Staff was great, food not that great. Also, 9 dollar beers is outrageous. 4 beers and a pizza shouldn't be $64. This isn't Park City. Smh...

Killer pizza is back at Zermatt! My wife and I went over to check out Zermatt's Lobby Lounge tonight and we were delighted to have a wonderful, wood fire oven, pepperoni pizza. The crust and cheese were excellent! Their was also an impressive array of beers on tap. With Tristan taking good care of us, it was the perfect impromptu evening out! The place was spotless, too. I humble recommend that for a casual night out, the Lobby Lounge at Zermatt is a great choice.

This place was horrible. The pizza was squeaky and made with parmesan. The supreme pizza was greasy as heck. We had two burgers and they both came out charred. The chicken tenders were cold and the “beer battered fries” were mid and not even beer battered. We didn’t drink so I can’t judge those but the food was not it. It also took over an hour to bring all 5 things when they were only 8 people in the restaurant.

Had the mozzarella sticks appetizer and the french dip. My friend had the nachos. The mozzarella sticks were the best part of the meal and they were mediocre at best. Yet they were brought out at same time as the rest of the meal. The French dip Au Jus sauce was tastless making the sandwich very plain tasting. The nachos were the saddest plate of nachos Ive ever seen. There were barely any toppings and it looked tortilla chips with a light sprinkling of toppings and still they had no taste. Also, they came out 5-10 minutes after the rest of the plates. The local Viennese lager was awful tasting.The bartender/waiter was argumentative and rude. He didnt seem to care at all. .Havent seen such awful customer service in years!

The service was great. The bartender/server was very attentive and funny. Great service. My food was pretty good, a little soggy, but definitely edible. My fiancé got the Buffalo chicken flatbread. He took a bite and immediately noticed something wasn’t right. We looked through the other pieces of chicken, and they were visibly raw… I should’ve taken pictures. He didn’t mention anything to the server because he doesn’t like confrontation…this morning he has terrible food poisoning. Highly recommend checking your food to make sure it’s properly cooked.
