Killer pizza is back at Zermatt! My wife and I went over to check out Zermatt's Lobby Lounge tonight and we were delighted to have a wonderful, wood fire oven, pepperoni pizza. The crust and cheese were excellent! Their was also an impressive array of beers on tap. With Tristan taking good care of us, it was the perfect impromptu evening out! The place was spotless, too. I humble recommend that for a casual night out, the Lobby Lounge at Zermatt is a great choice.

This place was horrible. The pizza was squeaky and made with parmesan. The supreme pizza was greasy as heck. We had two burgers and they both came out charred. The chicken tenders were cold and the “beer battered fries” were mid and not even beer battered. We didn’t drink so I can’t judge those but the food was not it. It also took over an hour to bring all 5 things when they were only 8 people in the restaurant.

The service was poor. It took forever to get drinks and when we ordered chicken tenders they never came. The place was clean, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. We were there for two hours.

Had the mozzarella sticks appetizer and the french dip. My friend had the nachos. The mozzarella sticks were the best part of the meal and they were mediocre at best. Yet they were brought out at same time as the rest of the meal. The French dip Au Jus sauce was tastless making the sandwich very plain tasting. The nachos were the saddest plate of nachos Ive ever seen. There were barely any toppings and it looked tortilla chips with a light sprinkling of toppings and still they had no taste. Also, they came out 5-10 minutes after the rest of the plates. The local Viennese lager was awful tasting.The bartender/waiter was argumentative and rude. He didnt seem to care at all. .Havent seen such awful customer service in years!

The service was great. The bartender/server was very attentive and funny. Great service. My food was pretty good, a little soggy, but definitely edible. My fiancé got the Buffalo chicken flatbread. He took a bite and immediately noticed something wasn’t right. We looked through the other pieces of chicken, and they were visibly raw… I should’ve taken pictures. He didn’t mention anything to the server because he doesn’t like confrontation…this morning he has terrible food poisoning. Highly recommend checking your food to make sure it’s properly cooked.

Delicious food and a wonderful, attentive host.We were a party of 3, and between us we shared a burger, onion rings, cauliflower wings, and beer battered fries - all of it was very tasty and something we would definitely order again. The beer and white wine was good, too.Our host, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was friendly and attentive and it was a joy meeting him.We wholeheartedly recommend.

Both times I ate here, I got their BBQ sandwich. It seriously was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The soft pretzel bun was a perfect match. Their fries are really good too.
