Amazing gourmet cheese, fun tours of the farm. My kids love petting the cows, the ice cream and seeing cheese made. We have gone here for years and will keep coming back!
I've been a patron of their cheese and locally made products, but this is the first time I attended a class. Well, the burrata making class and it was excellent! I really enjoyed the introduction the the company by one of the owners, the teacher was super knowledgeable and engaging allowing the class to be hands on whenever possible, and we even got to see the Cheese Cave! Overall, would highly recommend this local business and their classes.
