I don’t travel up to Midway often but I’m happy Midway Bakery is back and has found a home.
The bread is amazing. Whether you have a breakfast sandwich with a croissant, a banquet, pull apart bread or a sweet roll. We had the berry. It was divine. The staff were nice but be aware there’s currently construction going on that has made parking difficult.

Beautiful spot that clearly has a pretty large following and it’s easy to see why. The space is charming and filled with the smell of fresh-baked goodness, though finding seating for a group of four or more can feel a bit tricky.

When you step up to the glass case, it’s hard not to be in awe; rows of pastries and treats, all perfectly arranged and glistening with sugary goodness.

I tried the original cinnamon bun, which was good, though not quite the showstopper I hoped for. I typically like mine warmed, but when I asked, the response was a polite “not really” since they’re “pretty fresh.” Fair enough! The real standout, though, was the sourdough bread I picked up for dinner. Absolutely fantastic. Overall, a lovely bakery worth visiting, especially for the bread lovers.

Excellent baked goods, sandwiches were fine too, and soup of the day was OK, but small portions for us compared to full cups for those apparent locals sitting by us.

Wow!! Not what I expected at all. The food was well worth the money and tasted great. The pastries are large portions and fabulous. I definitely will return. Gave only 4 star on atmosphere only because we went while something was going on in town and it was pretty crowded.

An adorable bakery with FANTASTIC lunch menu.
Parmesan grilled cheese with tomato bisque, Turkey Pesto sandwich, cinnamon roll, and a slab of foccacia bread were all delightful~

Food did not live up to the hype. Over priced and average. Dry sweet roll not worth the $6 and the breakfast sandwich was very small for $13.

No better bakery in Utah! I've travelled the world from France, Italy and all over Europe and other countries and this bakery ranks among the best of the best. The cinnamon rolls are 2nd to NONE, the sourdough is amazing. My mom says their chocolate chocolate chip cookies are the best she's ever had. The service is always friendly and prompt. I've driven out of my way an hour each way just to go to the Midway Bakery. Amazing place!

I had the breakfast sandwich and could kick myself for not capturing a picture before I devoured it! Hands down the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever “experienced” with its hot, freshly baked buttery biscuit. The generous slice of Canadian bacon, well cooked egg and slice of perfect sharp cheddar. I also ordered a berry cinnamon roll to go and it was absolutely perfect! Some of the best frosting I’ve ever had, berry filling all throughout and a soft baked, generous sized sweet roll. Yes, I will be bake again!!!

Cute little bakery and sandwich shop in Midway Utah. PARKING: Its a block off main street so its slightly less crowded than some of the more popular spots allowing for more parking opportunities. Small menu but enough to make a choice you can be happy with. FOOD: we ordered a frosted berry giant roll, a giant gingersnap cookie, sandwiches and soup of the day (chicken noodle) and a loaf of sourdough for the road. The sourdough bread was yummy and the sandwich was good (turkey bacon avocado for me- they say their favorite is the pesto one). It was satisfying for lunch. The gingersnap cookie was my favorite part of the meal. SERVICE: the staff was friendly and moved the line quickly. Our treats were given to us when we ordered and we waited at our table with a buzzer for the sandwiches and soup. We devoured the treats quickly. It felt like it took a bit for the sandwiches to come out, but we were quite hungry so likley a lower patience level and the place was hopping. There were customers in front of us and behind us. If you come to enjoy some time together and not for a fast bite then you'll be fine. Also looking at some of the long lines at other places to eat this one is a great option. We sat outside at one of the 5 long picnic tables. There were also a handful of tables inside. My biggest con was a pesky little fly behind the counter that was hard to keep away from food on display that is served to you. It's September so flies are a challenge anywhere and I can get over it. . They were amazing! AMBIANCE: sweet hometown, home-made, lots of love in the food and and confidence in their offerings. I would come back for a doz gingersnap cookies and to find food in this busy little town during fall leaves season.

Stoped on my way out of Midway and it did not disappoint. They cut your bread on the spot if requested. The cookies I got were some of the best gingerbread cookies I ever had.
