These cinnamon rolls were TOO GOOD. Even the thought of them makes me want to return to Midway every weekend! The staff was friendly and both the berry roll and the pumpkin roll were 10/10. The perfect amount of frosting to bread ratio. The owner was working while we were there and took time to interact with us. Cutest shop and easily accessible location with it being right on a corner of the main street in Midway. I'm telling everyone to visit this bakery when they come to Midway!

Yes this place is closed, but they still have a food truck! I had to write this review though because I thoroughly enjoy the food here. There sandwiches are top notch. Great place to get a quick, delicious sandwich made on their homemade bread. We got the BLT and the pesto turkey sandwich. USING ALL CAPS HERE TO SAY THAT YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELF A CINNAMON ROLL OR RASPBERRY ROLL. These things are MASSIVE and so freaking good! Some of the best you can find in all of Utah!! I think of these cinnamon rolls often. They are dreamy. Wish I had a picture to share but you're just gonna have to believe me ;)

I stopped to grab some treats when the Midway Bakery food truck was at Midway Adventure Company on a Thursday morning and was able to enjoy the BEST PECAN ROLL EVER! I'm in my late 50s and love baked treats so imagine the number of other pecan rolls to which I could compare this pecan roll!?! None of those could come close. It was loaded with so many pecans and a perfect cinnamon-y, caramel glaze. Wish I lived closer so that I could enjoy these baked goods more often. Follow Midway Bakery on Insta to keep track of where to find these talented bakers. Yum!

Found them! They are no longer at that same spot. They are still trying to find a permanent spot and are doing a food truck. I spoke to them, while getting a sweet roll, at Swiss Days. They update their Facebook page with where they will be. And yes, the sweet rolls are still crazy awesome.

BEST cinnamon rolls EVER. Midway Bakery's cinnamon rolls have to be the best I have ever had. And that's after eating plenty of homemade ones from friends and neighbors (sorry, friends and neighbors). They're super big with the perfect combination of sweet and cinnamon-y. AND they use actual vanilla bean seeds in their frosting. You can see those little flecks in the frosting and it's beyond incredible. They're only open until early afternoon and they're usually pretty busy. Can you blame them, being the rare gem that they are? It's 100% worth the visit though. Not even kidding - I used to drive from Provo to Midway JUST for a cinnamon roll. I even got one for my brother for his birthday and he was crazy thrilled. 1000% recommend!!!

Update: I have the bakery another try and had a totally different experience. I ordered a big cinnamon roll and a garlic baguette. Both were incredible and fresh. Definitely 5 stars this time.The loaf of bread that we got was stale and had very little flavor. The mini cinnamon rolls we got were cute and tasty but were stale. The blueberry muffin we got was great!! I would go again, maybe just an off day but pretty pricey for only okay food.

This is a beautiful little from-scratch bakery. Everything looks and smells divine. We came for the sweet rolls and we’re not disappointed. The fresh peach highlights the local fruit that is currently in season! There are also breakfast and lunch options available and a good drink selection. We will definitely stop again the next time we’re in town. The customer service was excellent too. Thanks for a great experience!
