Food- amazing first time I found out what Açaí is. Other places call the flavor Tart but it's almost the same thing. Service- not complicated easy to use Ambiance- never busy when I used to go I would be the only one in there

We came to get some frozen yogurt and waited until after dinner because website said they closed at 8. Apparently they close at 7 (which is fine) but my boyfriend went to use the restroom and by the time he came out at 6:45 the girl working was removing the spoons from the toppings. When we went up to ask if they were closed, half expecting for her to let us slip in, she just said yes. It’s actually not even 7 as I write this. A little disappointing as last time we stopped in the flavor I wanted was out and the worker said she couldn’t start a new batch cause it was frozen and they had it today :(

They might as well not open, Everytime I’ve gone they are closed. Refuse to even try again!!!

Both times we went to females working had a huge attitude problem. The way they talk to you is so inappropriate I simply asked where the cups were located. She responded sarcastically that I had to ask her for a cup upon the second visit. I let them know that the ice cream was melted and that we. that we didn’t want it, since it was melted, and she was extremely rude with us when the problem was with the product not us. The yogurt tastes, sour, not a good variety of flavors. They should’ve left the barbecue place opened.

We rushed here from Wanship (got here at 7:40) to get frozen yogurt because they said they were still open but when we got there the closed sign was already up even though they are suppose to stay open until 8. We even called to make sure they were still open but the phone number was disconnected. After looking in the grocery store for some type of frozen yogurt, we went back over to look at the sign that still said they close at 8 (this was at 8:20). The girl who was working the shop overheard me talking about how I was leaving a review while she was waiting for her ride home and she came over to tell me she actually closes the shop at 7:30 so she can leave by 8 and that they hadn’t changed the hours yet online or on the sign.UPDATE: I tried to submit feedback via the website given below and this location is not listed on the Red Mango USA website, which makes it impossible to submit any feedback.

Keeping website information up to dat is important to your customers. Because this is the last Red Mango location left in Northern Utah, I drove over an hour to get here well before closing time according to the Red Mango website and Yelp, only to learn that both have inaccurate information regarding hours of operation. Disappointing!

I love Red Mango! When they had multiple locations here in Utah my wife and I would frequent often until they mysteriously disappeared. We stayed in Midway, Utah last night and went to the grocery store (4 Feb 2022) and were delighted to find that the only Red Mango currently in the state of Utah just so happened to be in that grocery store! As we entered the store we realized we had arrived early and that Red Mango did not open until 11am.After making our grocery purchases we decided to wait in our car in the parking lot for Red Mango to open. We waited just a couple minutes after 11am then asked for some yogurt. This is where two stars comes in...I asked for yogurt and was informed by the worker that the yogurt machines require prep and won't be ready for about 20 minutes. Doesn't "Open at 11am" mean that at 11am I can walk up and order what's on the menu? So, here are two stars for a company who doesn't require that their employees show up 20 minutes before opening to make sure that their primary product is available for sale to some customers who anxiously waited for the store to open.

They are inside the Ridley’s Market. Great smoothies! They’re more of a liquid/cold drink than frozen or thick smoothie. We got Berry Banana, Super Peanut Butter Cup, and Tropical Mango. Their pomegranate smoothies have been removed from the menu- not sure if that’s a permanent change or not?

This place is actually across the street in the Ridleys. If you’re at the Chevron trying to find it, they moved across the street. The yogurt is ok, not very many options but, you’re in Heber or Midway so you don’t really have any other places to go.
