OK, well this didn't go well. We arrived on time for our 6 PM reservation. The Homestead resort hostess informed us she had no record of our reservation. Despite me showing her our confirmation. I also informed her I had called that day and left a message regarding our reservation. No one ever called me back. We had reserved one of the globes for dining she was very accommodating and said she would clear one out for us. We patiently waited once seated in the globe. We discovered it really wasn't that warm. One of the heaters wasn't working and the other heater would go between heat and cold. We had them come out and try and get the heaters to work. They did offer us blankets. One of us ordered a glass of Cabernet. The server came back with about a quarter of a glass of Cabernet and said we don't have anymore, so I'm just gonna give you the rest of what was in the bottle... They clearly are not in a position to host people right now very dissatisfied with visit. I did tell the hostess she should do something about the fact that I made a reservation on open table and she had no record of it and she actually said this has happened a couple of times in the last week so clearly management is not on top of their game.
The food and service was great! The only reason why I am giving less than a 5 star is because of the globe experience. This particular night was a cold night and I thought dining in the globe would be a warm experience and it was not. The small heater we had could not keep up and when another was brought in, the electricity would go out and the cold air came back and to reheat would take a while. The employees definitely tried to help as much as possible with that situation, but it wasn't pleasant for us. My family was cold the whole time in there.
We went with two parties. One party was sat first because the second parties glove wasn't available at the time. We waited about an hour past our reservation time. When we were finally seated everything went smoothly and as I had expected. But we later found out that the party that was sat first waited longer for their food and drinks. Their drink order wasn't taken until many many minutes after they were sat down. They received their food items approximately an hour and a half after. It was not the experience we had hoped for.
It was a great experience. The menu is struggling only because of construction to make things better. It is comfort food with a great environment.
We dined in the snow globes at the Homestead Resort. It was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, ambiance was incredible. Can't wait to go again. Thanks Homestead Resort for a wonderful evening out with my friends.
The place was very noisy because of screaming children. Two dishes were unavailable from the menu, so three out of four of us ordered the special recommended by the waiter, only to have the chef come out and tell us that the special was no longer available. He offered us a similar dish from the menu, which was much more expensive, but said he would give it to us at the same price, meaning with a big discount. When it came time to pay, however, the bill was charged in full with no discount at all. I don't think we'll be coming back.
A quiet little area for dinner at a very relaxing resort. Aaron, our server, was superb. Excellent service, great advice and a very personable man. The food was good. The salmon was excellent. I look forward to the finished remodeling of the Homestead resort.
What a wonderful place to eat with a quiet atmosphere and the windows. The staff were amazing and surprised us afterward with a special gift for our parents celebrating their 67th anniversary in the same location of their first dinner after their marriage.

I have attempted to make a Mother's Day reservation for 8 at this restaurant. They use OpenTable and only take reservations for a party of 6 online. I have called a half dozen times and never been able to get my call answered. I have left several messages about my reservation need. No one has responded. This is absolutely the worst reservation experience I have ever had in 60 years making reservations. I will never consider making another plan to go to this establishment. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE

Booked Easter brunch a week in advance, only to show up and find they'd changed our reservation time without even asking or notifying us. Then, despite the reschedule (that they made), they still didn't have a table ready. We were awkwardly shuffled to the back like an afterthought. They charged over $150 for one adult and two kids—for what, exactly? The food was mediocre at best, the service was decent , and the whole experience felt like a cash grab. Totally unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.
This restaurant is absolutely lovely for breakfast! Wood burning fireplace, tons of windows let natural light into the room, ample space between tables. Our server was really kind and friendly. The food was made of fresh high quality ingredients, coffee was nice and strong. The only suggestion I would make for change is to provide an option for fresh squeezed juices. We will be back!
We spent our anniversary here for dinner. The food was tasty and seasoned great. We had ribeye and salmon and have no complaints! We will be back. and they gave us complementary cheesecake, which was amazing, for our anniversary!
The food here is fantastic and reasonably priced! We had a wonderful experience at both the resort and the restaurant. We tried a variety of dishes, and each one was excellent. I especially appreciate their commitment to using locally sourced produce and meat. Highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a charming and peaceful night out!

The butternut squash ravioli is a religious experience. 10/10
