Cold cut sandwich was good. I'm not going to say it was her fault but it's obvious people don't train customer service anymore. This girl has no idea what customer service is. I walked in in a good mood as I just rode the 222 from guardsman pass. I asked her how she was doing she ignored me and just responded with a "what do you want". I ordered my cold cut and she tossed it onto the counter and just started ringing it up. I payed, and she walked away. No 'have a good day' or anything. The managers this location have failed to train. You are the reason people get bad service. You should be fired. Ok, back to my ride.

I, my wife and my 3 children went to this restaurant in Midway, ut on 5/5/17 at 12:36pm. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, we decide to visit the homestead crater. unfortunately I had a bad experience in this restaurant. The person I was attending was very rude, rude and unprofessional, she yelled at my son, and put on face that she was very angry because my son was grabbing a bag of chips, he told me very rudely that she had to Charge me extra for that bag of chips, which I found very unprofessional and rude, I was going to pay for it anyway since we were buying 5 sandwiches with soda and chips, the way in which this person yelled was totally wrong. I decided not to eat here and leave this restaurant because I did not feel welcome anymore, I don't understand why subway hires racist people who do not know how to do their job and who are not professionals at all. It is a shame to travel from very california to utah only to meet with this type of people in a restaurant of much prestige as it is subway. Very very dissapointed. Decide to go to the restaurant across the street, by the way the food was great and we had the best service.
