Cute spot with outdoor seating. Went for lunch and our food was delicious!! Service was great too !
Came for brunch and had an awesome experience! Everything we got was incredible (eggs Benedict, French toast, and Nashville chicken sandwich). Our service was excellent and loved the outdoor seating option.
When we first arrived we had to wait for a while since no one was at the front desk. I noticed as we left that someone else coming in had the same issue. Once an employee noticed us however the service was great, I think their service could be improved by always having someone at the front to greet customers, or even a bell you could ring to get someone's attention. I almost called the restaurant we waited so long. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't make us feel rushed even though he was busy helping multiple tables. He had great recommendations and was accommodating.
Our waiter Chad was very friendly and attentive. Gave great recommendations. We were able to sit on the deck and overlook the mountains and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. The honey garlic chicken with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots was delicious. I'd definitely go back. Especially for the outdoor seating. The building is beautiful as well.
The name is deceptive! Fine brunch on the back deck after hiking. Omelet was amazing! Lorie loved the croissant. Waitress, Danielle was friendly and patient.
Our rehearsal dinner got rave reviews from all who attended! The outdoor cocktails was perfect (comfortable seating yet plenty of room to accommodate appetizers and socializing. Dinner was plentiful and delicious, and service was excellent. Planning the event was especially easy; they offered food and Serbian suggestions, modified when needed, double checked everything to be sure we were pleased….and we were!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian guests complimented the food and its preparation.
I was excited to eat here since it is a taste of many of the other Heirloom Group Restaurants. But don’t be fooled. It really doesn’t measure up in taste or service. Our group tried loads of omelettes, sweet breakfasts, fried chicken options and salads. All of it, just a little meh. The French Toast and the waffles were cold. And oddly…not just cold, but served on a cold plate with straight-out-of-the-refrigerator cold syrup. You need to serve warm foods on warm plates (or at the very least room temperature). If you’re here for breakfast or brunch, the smothered omelette is the way to go. Probably really a 2-star restaurant at this point, but I like Communal and Black Sheep, so I give it higher marks. But needs a lot of work. Also…need many more gluten free options and servers who know what is it is not gluten free.
I'd like to preface this review by noting that we were weekly regulars for the past four months. This is no longer the case and we do not plan on returning. The food is great but we were VERY upset after being told we were not allowed to bring our dog on the patio. Normally we'd be understanding... except for the fact that two weeks ago we were literally sitting at a corner table on the patio with our sweet pup and every waiter had come out to pet him / bring him water. Throughout this exchange, not once did anyone say he had to be a service dog.We show up LESS THAN 2 weeks later and are told by the hostess that "it has always been the policy not to allow dogs on the patio". I'm sorry but that's obviously not true? This is an EXTREMELY negative restaurant experience and it's now good to know this business has become NON-DOG FRIENDLY overnight. As we were sitting, we watched them turn away another man with a dog who also looked equally as confused as we were.Anyways, enjoy this photo of our dog on their patio that has apparently "never allowed dogs." Cafe galeria is also a much better, dog friendly alternative.
We had a great experience for breakfast on Saturday morning. Restaurant is modern and clean. The service was amazing. Our waitress was the best. Her name was Ella. The rainbow flag was a little too woke for me.
Our server Chad was great! The food was delicious. The Hog Jowl Nachos had such a yummy complex sauce and you could really taste the smoke on the Hog Jowl. We really enjoyed every dish we got.

This place is amazing. The views are insane, staff is friendly and the the fact that I can get some of my favorite restaurants signature dishes all in one place is amazing. Loved the roasted beet and ricotta salad… added chicken and it was ???(Chefs kiss)! Definitely going to be hosting an event here soon!!
The service was outstanding from the moment we stepped inside. We came for brunch the food was delicious. The banana/nutella crepes, western omelet, beet salad were outstanding. The bar drinks were tasty and potent. Highly recommend.
We ate here because we had our dog with us; they have outdoor seating and are listed as dog friendly. The menu also sounded intriguing and unique. Unfortunately, our experience was sub-par. The wait staff was scarce to find. We were told to seat ourselves but after sitting for 15 minutes without acknowledgement, we had to ask for menus. Once we ordered and our food arrived, we had to ask for napkins and utensils. The food itself was also sub-par. I had the fish tacos which were bland and tasteless. They came with greasy, unsalted chips and about a tablespoon of salsa. My husband enjoyed his hot chicken sandwich and the fries that came with it were very good. However, the meal overall was overpriced and underwhelming. I will not eat there again- there are other restaurants in Midway that have outdoor seating and are much better.
Okay, wow. I came here for brunch on a Sunday morning, and was so impressed. The atmosphere is great and you can sit inside or outside as they have a nice composite deck out on the back of the joint. You can take in the fresh air, see the beautiful views, and they have strong lights so again, super fun. I got the biscuits and gravy w chicken and eggs. The eggs were done perfect over medium, and the chicken was very delicious, tender, and the seasoning on the breading was so good. Some places I’ve been to the chicken can be gristly, but not here. The gravy was very good as well and went amazing all together.Liz did a fantasy job, and was making sure I was taken care of the entire time. I would totally come back here again, and will and already have, recommend it to friends and family.Thank you Heirloom, you’ve impressed me, I wish I could give 6.
We made reservations and were seated at a lovely table on the patio. Unfortunately things got worse. No water or menus for 10 minutes, then news that there were no alcoholic beverages. It was clear they were short staffed. When menus arrived, they were torn and we decided to leave. We wanted to love this place but there’s clearly a problem here.
