We were the only guests at that brunch hour. Connie was wonderful. The food was made with care. My mom turned 80 on the 18th and said that was one of the best omelets she'd ever had. I had the black bean and pork chili and was fully satisfied with the spice level and hardiness! My Caesar salad had sun dried tomatoes and it was GENIUS!Wheelchair accessibility: Direct and easy.

The food was good but they recently changed their menu and took a lot of things off that I thought were really good. Even with a reservation we waited 25 minutes even when the taxable we were seated at was open along with other open tables. Going to give it a break for a while before going back.

The food was okay, the beef Wellington was huge - probably could have fed 4 people. It was cooked medium well, we had ordered it rare plus but that’s acceptable to me. The fondue was good but they could have chosen better things to dip into it. The service was terrible. We were celebrating and constantly running out of wine/cocktails, and it was very difficult to get anyone to come by. They didn’t notice when we were done with appetizers until the fondue cheese started burning… we noticed this happen at another table too. I won’t be back here

Let's be clear, our waitress was fantastic. What I'm frustrated with is the food. First of all I booked our reservation based on the beef Wellington that was on the menu. When we arrived, literally the day of, they had a menu change. Fine. I get it. But what we ordered was sub par at best. I ordered the Elk Osubusco and it was sub par. The elk was over cooked and the risotto was under cooked. My wife ordered the beef stroganoff. It tasted like hamburger helper. So disappointing. We've been to Zermat several times, and this may be our last. I think I'll look outside of this resort for lodging and dinner going forward. I'm seriously disappointed with the overall stay. It's sad because we've had excellent experiences in the past. Not this time

The food wasn't bad, we got the beef wellington which was slightly overcooked but that's okay. I like a slightly smaller cut of meat for beef wellington, and it really could feed 3-4 people. We also got the fondue, I with the dippings had been a little more thoughtful. The service was terrible however. We kept waiting and waiting to get more drinks, but were only able to get 2 rounds of drinks in over 2 hours. We finished our fondue and it took so long for them to notice that our cheese burned. I smelled this happen to the table next to us as well when they got the fondue. The food was acceptable, but I won't be back.

We didn't get seated until 30 minutes after the reservation when I could plainly see multiple tables for two ready to go. The table behind us had multiple empty bottles of wine were loud and obnoxious drunks but the kept serving them. The room was so loud my date just wanted to get our food to go. Definitely, not a place I'll go to again.

This steakhouse truly stands out for its exceptional quality and service. The ambiance is inviting and warm, perfect for any occasion. Their steaks are cooked to perfection, offering a symphony of flavors that melt in your mouth. The attentive staff ensures a memorable dining experience.

The food here is outstanding. Not a single complaint, especially for the price. The location itself feels more like a banquet hall than a high-end steakhouse. The table was small. Parking may be an issue.

My wife and I had dinner here with reservations since we are staying at the Hotel. The fresh bread was incredible, probably the best we have had. Our server was great and very pleasant as was the atmosphere. I had the 8oz filet mignon with mashed potatoes and my wife had french onion soup. I will say this, the steak was good, but not rare like I really wanted. The soup had hardly any cheese which really is the signature ingredient and also tasted very salty. Slight improvement on the cook timing and seasonings would make a world of difference.

It’s disappointing to leave a negative review, but I couldn’t help it. The food was delish and in my opinion a decent price for the quality and selection of plates. However, it appeared they were understaffed and experiencing some miscommunication between staff. We made a reservation for 11, 5 of which were kids. It took an hour and 20 mins for our plates to come out and while bringing them out a gentlemen was assisting our waitress and immediately became frustrated that he couldn’t figure out which plate went where from the tab.He walked away and left the plates sitting there another 2-3 mins while looking for our waitress and when she appeared basically told her to figure it out. Throughout our entire experience there was little follow up, we had to request all the basics and they left water jugs for us to refill our own cups… which was fine my issue is the bill came out and it was very frustrating to see the gratuity. We eat out and I understand that they added the gratuity because we were a party of 6 or more…. As is most families staying at this resort I’d assume. The bill was 400… with a 60.00 gratuity, more than the usual 18-20%. Don’t get me wrong the waitress was nice but as stated IT TOOK AN HOUR AND 20 MINS to begin to get our food even though we made a reservation ahead of time. Initially half the table received their food and another 10-15 mins later the remaining plates came out. A few steaks and the salmon was overcooked, and little follow up throughout to justify a 60.00 tip. I mentioned this to the server nicely and again when she brought her manager over.He dropped the bill from 402.00 to 390.55 not even worth the feedback given. I am never one to complain especially because I know the industry is difficult especially if running understaffed but his response for leaving us waiting over an hour was some steaks take longer to cook…. But overcooked is what it was.Just take into account the pricing is fair, the food is decent but be prepared for extremely longer than normal wait times to be served and little attention to detail and then tipping them for exceptional service.

The wait staff was great, but the food was really lackluster. I had the filet, and the steak was fine-ish, but the mashed potatoes were liquidy, and tasted instant, and the rolls were bland. Over priced for the quality you get

We have eaten here before and had a great experience. This time the service was Sub par. They seemed short staffed. Regardless it just didn't seem like the effort was there. The $47 ribye was not worth it. It was just ok. I hope it was just an off night. We really like this place.

So normally, I would give 4 stars overall. But Connie tipped it to a 5 star review. During our stay, we ate here once each for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was good overall, but not exciting enough to get me to a five-star review (except the French toast, that was possibly the best French toast I've ever had). But Connie was our server on two different days, for lunch and breakfast. With three little kids, it's so nice when people just get kids and make it easy. She brought salad forks for them instead of regular silverware, since they are smaller. We ordered a green smoothie, and she told us it came in a glass and asked if we wanted her to split it into kid cups instead. The first day, she asked us if we would rather sit in a booth or at a table, and the second day she remembered us and asked us if we wanted the same booth back.My kids loved her. She talked to them directly and listened to their chatter. They called it "Connie's restaurant"Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food, especially the brunch menu.

I was a little disappointed. A friend suggested we try this restaurant for a birthday celebration. We waited quite awhile even though we had a reservation. the service was great until we were waiting for the food. It was a Friday night but it was not busy and somehow the food took awhile to show up. The server did check on us a few minutes after the food showed up. I wasn't impressed with the food, I believe only half our table really liked the food. I wouldn't try it again.
