Beans & Brews Coffee House

Drive thru order for a croissant, a pup cup and a medium hot chai with sugar free vanilla and almond milk. Got to the window paid and tipped. Then waited. And waited. And then a new person comes and starts asking me what I ordered and then kept saying it wrong. As someone who is allergic to to dairy I realized that I’d never be able to trust whatever this person gave me. So hope they enjoy that extra tip. Not coming back. Not sure why the window person suddenly changed at 9am or why they lost the order I paid for. Perhaps if they’d told me I’d be less grumpy about it. My dog did get his to cup though even if I had to go without the chai I paid for.

This is a nice comfortable relatively new Beans and Brew. It has lots of seating relative to the one at cottonwood Heights and Murray. The staff are friendly. I would have given a 4.5 star. (Not 5 because the decor is not outstanding and too big box), but I am giving 3 stars because they don't have recycling bin. As usual, I love the bulletin board at Beas and Brew which helps to support local business. I think each coffee shop should have a bulletin board. I like Beans and Brew in general because the coffee taste good, it has 24 oz option, the healthy food such as egg bites and turkey sandwich are tasty.

Bring in your pc and relax in a warm atmosphere and get all the rotten days work done in peace nice lighting and quiet with your fav drink and munchable items. The BEST!

Misha tue 30th of sept at 6:44. She is fantasric and went out of her way to ask Andrew what would be close to the Hoodoo.drink they both took special care of me. Misha has a welcoming voice and even heated up my.lemon cake. 5 stars all the way. I live in Grantsville and will be back.

There is a guy that works here most morning who is just SO friendly (I think he may be a manager but not sure). He is so kind, makes my day with pleasant conversation every time I come in. A little friendliness goes a long way, so thank you!

The vibe from the manager Anderson was coming off as very irritated. All i wanted was a simple iced coffee with cream and was treated as it was a ridiculous request.

Interesting the one star reviews are a pain to find. I come to this beans and brew every once in a while but don't order frozen drinks for this same reason. There seems to be some miss communication on what can be done for frozen drinks on alternative milk options.

Edit - I'm updating my review because of the response and will give the frozen drinks another try in the future.

I came back months later. Total 180. Top notch service and no longer any issues with the frozen and or blended drinks with some of the milk alternatives.

Getting coffee is a treat not a daily stop for me. I stopped to get me and a coworker a Salted Carmel cold brew. I've had it 2 other times and loved it. This time I could tell it wasn't made correctly it was horrible. The worker that made it tried to argue with me so I just left unhappy. They wouldn't fix the issue. This location is inconsistent with their recipes. I spent $32 and had to stop and buy some cream at the grocery store to help the flavor of the drink. They basically just put cold brew over ice with no milk or Carmel syrup with a little Carmel drizzle on the cup.

The crew at this location are so incredible!! I personally have been there twice..and they remembered how I order, and actually care about our food and drinks!! I quit going to beans and brews because of terrible customer service at a location closer to home.. I now love beans and brews again!! Thank you for being outstanding!! If I could give 20 Stars... I would!!

Coffee legit been tasting likes it’s old or burned for months if I was a manager there I would change a lot in the store it’s just not worth coming here anymore
