I agree with her assessment. We both got medium chai Frappe (one with almond milk). I prefer this company over the Seattle based one. Though I still think it's ridiculous to charge so much for almond milk vs regular milk. Good chai flavor.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I had an issue with the app while making my order. The app changed it from delivery to pick up. I didn't have transportation to go get it at that moment. I called the store and immediately, the associate got me a manager. They did everything possible to help me get the order delivered but still was not working. Well, guess what they did? The manager asked for my address and DELIVERED IN PERSON!! Super sweet and kind gesture!!! Thanks ?

I try to only write good honest reviews, especially for establishments I frequent a couple times a day almost every day of the week, but tonight was it! I love beans and brews and visit all different locations all the time but this is my second favorite place to visit on the reg. I have only had a couple of my drinks made wrong at this location but as someone who is extremely allergic to milk and only ever asks for coconut milk, it's huge when it happens! I had to work late and decided to ask my boyfriend to pick up my normal coconut milk latte with coconut milk before he drove home (Coalville) which is almost 50 minutes away, only for us to discover they made my drink with cow milk, even after they verified it was made with coconut milk when he paid! I only had two sips before I realized it tasted weird and now I'm down! I had to immediately take a benadryl and am currently laying on the couch writing this! I called, and called, and called only for them to send me straight to voicemail each time. All I wanted was for them to remake my drink as I have to come down to the valley tomorrow or to give my boyfriend back his money! I'm extremely disappointed and most likely won't come back to this location again! Please take into consideration individuals when we tell you we want certain milks, or ask for your alternatives if you provide them as this could've been really bad! I get a lot of people think it's a joke, but it's not!
Update: I called this morning and spoke to Allie (hopefully this is how you spell her name) she was amazing and apologized left and right and is going to make me a new one as well as give me a $5 dollar gift card. She explained this isn't their standard and is going to train her night people more thoroughly. All I can say is thank you for really listening to me and understanding where I was coming from Allie!!

This establishment sent us a $5.00 off to come back. We will not return because the lady made our frozen strawberry lemonade and when all of it would not come out she walked over the the sink and added water. So we got a flavorless watered down strawberry lemonade. We will not come back.

Such a nice Beans and Brews! The tables are spread out well and there's nice comfy armchair section. I asked the employee what their recommendation was and they made me a great white mocha espresso drink. Great place to do work or just read.

Vered is phenomenal. I don’t know the last time I had such pleasant service at a coffee shop. I asked if the breakfast tacos had meat and she said yes, but she could make them without meat for me. I haven’t ever had someone offer to do that and it was much appreciated. It appeared that she was handling the whole place on her own and she still was friendly, smiling, and helpful to every customer - something unfortunately rare to see in today’s time. I would never go to another coffee shop if I could encounter this girl here every day! Give her a raise!!!
