Charlotte-Rose's Carolina BBQ is a family-owned gem with amazing southern comfort food and delicious barbecue. The pulled pork and ribs are highlights, although some found the ribs a bit dry. The cornbread and chocolate cornbread are fantastic, and the mixed greens salad is a hit. The warm and welcoming staff make you feel like part of the family, providing better service than Michelin starred restaurants. Don't miss the ice-cold Cheerwine available here. Some guests didn't enjoy the baked beans, but the Luke's BBQ sauce is a favorite. A must-visit for a great BBQ experience.
