The portions were so not worth it for the price. I got like a bite of beans and rice and my tacos had no toppings on them and barely any meat. Definitely didn't fill me up and it was $12

You definitely feel the customers aren't really welcome here, I placed an order of three salads and everyone of them was missing multiple ingredients. I feel like I wasted my money and won't go back to this location .

If I could give zero stars I would. I've had 3 terrible experiences at this place. They are routinely out of the grilled meat with unfriendly and impatient staff... not what I have experienced at other Cafe Rios, but maybe the chain is going down hill. The lady rushed me to order and was unhelpful as I tried to adjust my order in response to them having no steak. Consequently, due to the chaos I neglected to order my toddler her nino quesadilla, so I ordered it right when I arrived at the window (literally 10 seconds later). They explained I'd have to go through the line again, even though I pleaded with them with my crying baby in the car, to just let me wait a moment for the rest of my food. Ironically, after I did all that I arrived back at the window to find my order was wrong. It took them 2 times to fix it...pure incompetence.I work as a profession process improvement consultant so I understand the need to maintain flow, however, 10 extra seconds of stagnantion to help a customer with a reasonable accommodation adds value back to your customer and speaks volumes about your corporate priorities. Teach your staff to use critical thinking when following your guidelines. I've read multiple reports about this site being rigid and unbending to customer's reasonable requests. Get new management, this place is terrible.

I seriously love this place. It's my number one place to come for dinner and lunch. I love their salad it's one of my favorite things to get. The employees are so nice and the food is so delicious and well made. I like this place better than the Mexican restaurant across the street.

I went during 11ish yesterday and I think that was the best experience I’ve ever had at a cafe rio, the ladies working were so sweet and they checked in on our table and I think they were very helpful so shout out to u guys ? also the food was yummmyyyy

How in everything, every day they make and give less than before, they could control so much that people waste on napkins ect ect, supplies, and give the same food as before, they raised the prices, and also lowered the quality, no longer I will go a lot, there are better places,

My young daughter had a chicken quesadilla at your location a few days ago, and got horrible food poisoning - she was up all night, and still can’t eat (three days later). I’ve heard this location was sketchy, but generally like Cafe Rio and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Never again. ??

Ordered curbside pick up and was told they no longer do online orders curbside. I was told I had to go inside and pick it up. I was the only one in line and there was no one inside either. It was so inconvenient at the time for me to go inside!Parking: Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot

Had a car pickup order that was ready for ten minutes until I went inside wondering where it was. All employees were talking behind the counter while I waited to be greeted, and when finally someone looked my way I asked if it was okay to grab my order as it was supposed to be delivered to my car, and she just scoffed and rolled her eyes and turned around without saying anything. Horrible service

Cafe rio please do better. I ordered a tostada and the dressing cup is half way filled. It’s not that hard. Cafe rio used to be so good and the quality and service has gone down so much. Getting jersey mikes from here on

Dissapointed you get virtually no lettuce with your burrito now. The tiny bit of lettuce I did get was soggy. That’s disgusting . The quality is why I used to come here . Been a favorite for years . No longer . Don’t take away a good thing with the lettuce
