I've never had a problem picking up my online order through the drive-thru... until today. They told me I had to go out front, so I had to wait in line, as there's no way out once you're in the drive-thru. They weren't even particularly nice about it, either. I won't be coming back to this location. The one on 59th and State has always given me my online order in the drive-thru. This one did, too, until today. Not cool.
New location on Highland Drive. The food is excellent, the service is super fast and friendly! My dogs love going through the drive thru with me because the get special treats (steak or chicken)

Don’t bother with ordering extra meat or anything it’s a rip off. they give you a small condiment cup that’s almost full then charge you 2$ not worth it. I don’t mind paying extra but when I do I expect it. The Employees seem put out when ordering.
