“I had ordered my lunch for delivery a couple weeks ago and was disappointed because when I got my order, I didn't get anything that I ordered. I emailed the store, expecting just a quick apology and a free sandwich. What I got met and exceeded my expectations. I went in to get my sandwich and the manager was apologetic and quickly got my lunch prepared. I went to pay for the chips and drink that I ordered and was told that everything was good and I didn't owe a thing. The sandwich was delicious and made my lunch. Thank you!“
