“Today I went in with a rather large group of individuals with special needs who were treated with the most perfect level of customer service imaginable. The staff were so friendly, patient and engaging with the folks I support. It is truly amazing to find good customer service but to find amazing customer service that treats those who are disenfranchised, underserved and misunderstood so well is a beckon of light in this crazy world we live in.
