Great food and a great place to study! I was a little concerned about the parking situation, but the owner was EXTREMELY transparent and told me exactly where I needed to park. There are also signs to show where not to park.The matcha was very good and I loved my breakfast sandwich. :)

This place is a fantastic gem nestled away and waiting for anyone that wants an old school style coffee shop. Perfect if you need a quick cup, or want to actually sit in a coffee shop and have a change of atmosphere, which they deliver in spades.

Very cute space! I love the vibes here. The sandwiches we got were really good, as was the coffee, and our barista was so nice. Don't park here if you're going to cross the street to go to a bar and I think you'll be fine.
