Brought my omnivore friend with me who is nice enough to humor my vegan diet. We both had salads and loved them.
It's hard to find good vegan places in Utah, even harder to find any raw vegan places. This was filling and delicious. Will definitiley be coming here more when we're in town.
The food is fresh and delicious and as someone who can't eat dairy this is my favorite place to go because I can literally order anything on the menu. In addition, The owner is wonderful. He makes you feel welcome every time you go in. I've eaten here many times and will continue to have this be one of my favorite restaurants. 
I mean, the diversity of flavors and spices from dish to dish was astounding. I went for their Valentine's Day present meal and could not have been more pleased! We nearly licked our plates dry.
