“I'm here at the Crossroads Bar And Grill right now. Been here a few times. It's practically across the street from where I live, so that's a plus. The atmosphere is very fun. Ashlee has been mentioned many, many times, and times, and yes, she is very good. Attentive and nice. Tried different food items and haven't been disappointed. The beer is big and cold. Can't complain. The only thing is, and granted, it could just been the times I've visited, is it's almost exclusively guys. Where's the ladies? Maybe i was just there the wrong times. Possibly market for more women to show. Still, I do like this place. I'll be back.“

“I’d say pretty good place for hanging out, having a drink and some food! Kyle is a great bartender! It can get crowded and they do try to serve you as fast as possible making there rounds! I stay at the hotel all the time and enjoy the evenings! I will say only downfall (for the prices of the rooms) the breakfast should be free with maybe a possible order menu you pay for instead of charging! Just a suggestion! But great breakfast food anyways!“

“Went to Nutritious Bowl for a work dinner and ended up loving it way more than I expected. The Indian fusion menu is fantastic. The Chicken Royal Curry (Korma) was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor, and the chicken lollipops were a total hit at the table. I still can’t stop thinking about the sweet naan. It was soft, slightly sweet, and honestly addictive. The strawberry coconut lassi was the perfect refreshing drink to balance everything out. On top of great food, the service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance made it an easy place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the night. Definitely a spot I’ll be going back to.“

“Excellent service from the one bartender/waiter manning the entire restaurant alone during a busy lunch hour! He did a great job seating, taking orders, etc! It was our first time in and we had to try the fish n chips and also the pretzel! We shared the fish n chips cuz it was huge AND delicious! I would come back for that! The pretzel was ok, but dipping it in the jalapeño queso and mustard made it worth it!
They do require your drivers license before seating, even if you’re not drinking alcohol. Have your ID ready.“

“I Had a dinner In at this A Bar Named Sue. Very delicious range of foods menu to select from and food service was incredible and atmosphere was a little bit more complex with some noisy musical activity but slightly entertaining the guests and customers. I enjoyed dinner with the food and employees were very nice and friendly. I also had awesome red wine and you can see in the picture very clearly nice to recommend this Bar.

It took 45 minutes to even receive our drinks and the large order of boneless wings came with maybe 10 small pieces. the vegan wings I got had tiny pieces the size of my fingernail and very few larger chunks. Not coming back as this place has gone so far downhill.“

We stayed at a hotel within walking distance of The Maverik Center and The Break, and went to The Break after a game for appetizers and drinks. Folks were there watching the Bears vs Rams wild card game, and everyone was cheering together. After the game, it was easy to tell there was a solid group of regulars, and several people stopped to talk to us because we were in Kansas City sports gear. But most important was my experience after leaving Salt Lake City. I accidentally left an item at the table when I left, and didn’t realize it until I got home to Kansas City the next day. I called The Break, and not only had staff saved it in the lost and found, they were willing to ship it back to me! While it wasn’t a particularly expensive item, it did have sentimental value so I’m excited it wasn’t lost forever. If I’m ever back in Salt Lake City, I’ll absolutely visit The Break again.“

I’m about to go to a party at an old theater (though I’ve never heard of it in my entire 20 years of living here). It’s an event that I don’t exactly know how to dress for. I’m a few years early for a toga party, but I’m hoping they serve a regional in the well. 🍑
