Ordered the fried rice with beef, it's tasty, but is a bit too oily. The issue I had was the few pieces of beef in the bowl of rice, for $20.
We got the California roll and it was very tasty!!!
The poke bowl (spicy tuna) was very mid. Great place to eat, others I was with got other food and enjoyed it. I feel like the tuna in my bowl was a little too plain. The tuna was minced instead of cubed plating was nice also the boba tasted exactly like strawberry syrup (dairy queen kind) with milk and tapioca pearls, no tea in the one I chose. Service could be better. I’m sure as others have said the sushi is good. For my poke bowl and boba I paid $31
I got the Hawaiian fried rice and it was really good! It came with chicken, big shrimp and pineapple! Such a good twist on fried rice. I loved it!
Loved the Hawaiian bowl. A lot of food and tasty!!
If I could eat here every day I would!! It took a minute to get the food but it was 100% worth the wait. I believe the food is made fresh to order so the extra time is absolutely not a problem. The boba and sushi were amazing, I cannot say enough good things! We went back a second time because I could not resist!
Well worth the stop. If this is a food you like you'll be happy you stopped. If you've never tried it before it's a solid introduction.
The food truck space can be a bit much as it's heavily used.
Honestly some of my favorite food in town (and that's coming from a local chef). The noodles are great, and keep an eye on their specials board. Yummm
Vegetarian options: Just ask! They are friendly and helpful

Came through while going to Arches. If the rest of the food trucks here are even half as good, this is the place to go. The roll was incredible and the drinks were perfect. Definitely a good thing I don’t live around here. It may be a bit “pricey” as two drinks and the roll was about $36 but most places are the same so honestly, for the quality of food, I’d say it’s worth it

Nice place for casual atmosphere. The sushi was perfect, the price was justified for the many different types. Sauces great and everything fresh. It's a shame we have to leave, I would have liked to eat here several more times.

Fantastic food! So good I went back there for a 2nd night in a row!
The teriyaki rice bowl and spring rolls are incredible, made with lovely crunchy fresh veg.
They also have a large range of yummy bubble tea. Love this place!

Love this food truck!!! Got the garden spring roll and the yaki udon roll and both were phenomenal. The garden spring roll was MASSIVE and packed with veggies, and love that it comes with a choice of protein! Yaki udon bowl was hefty too and great value for the money. Will definitely come back for a boba (p.s. they have soy milk as a dairy free option for boba and some fruity tea versions as well)!
