The Mediterranean food at the Moab food court was delicious. Both my falafel wrap(a bit different, wrapped and baked? So a bit crunchy, with a reddish sauce, carrots and pickles as extras to the usual) and my gyro bowl were large servings... Could make a meal for two. Ate there for two nights. The center of the court has plebty of tables, with a canopy overhead and mister on the sides, keeping things cool. We tried the loaded chicken fries! The meat was amazing! Loved the baklava also!
Good food and service. Recommend the Ultimate Gyro Bowl. And don’t forget some desert 😉
