Great food. My new go-to spot in Moab. Convienent downtown location. It's a little small, but we've got a table on both visits. They serve a Roasted Jalapeño with each meal which I love. This one was truly the hottest Jalapeño I've ever eaten. Spectacular.
Miguel's was delicious! We tried the enchiladas, which were great. Not a lot of options for little kids, but we were able to make do with some of their sides. The restaurant is very small, so there may be a bit of a wait.

Went here on a spring break trip with our kids and it was great. Not sure where some of the bizarre, negative reviews are coming from, but don't hesitate to come here if you want a good meal. Got the top shelf margarita and it was made with fresh lime juice and good tequila. We got pork tacos, chicken fajitas, the kids enchilada with steak, and the kids quesadilla with pork.
