“We walked over from our hotel and as our food was being prepared it started to downpour and hail. The staff invited us inside to shelter and when our food was ready the owner insisted on driving us across the street to our hotel. Super nice and the food was amazing too!“

“Im grateful for a gluten free option at the Moab food truck park! This is my 3rd time eating here across about a year and I feel like it’s the safest gluten free option at the Moab Food Truck park. Every time, I’ve been served by the same employee, who seems to be knowledgeable about celiac disease, assured me they are changing gloves, cleaning the grill, and avoiding all cross contamination. It is much appreciated and keeps me coming back. The corn tortilla tacos are authentic and delicious. This is my go to stop for lunch in Moab!“

“My wife and I were in the mood for Chinese food and apparently the only option in Moab was Red Wok Kitchen Chinese Express.
My wife got a plate with Orange Tofu and mixed vegetables with steamed rice, I got General Tso's tofu and mixed vegetables with fried rice. The tofu was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and had nice color and flavor. The mixed vegetables were also nice and crisp, and also had good flavor. I enjoyed my fried rice as well. Even the fortune cookies were fresh and crisp. All of the food was obviously cooked to order, which only took a few minutes. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience.“
