Being from Texas we get really good Mexican food, but this was for real one of the best quesadillas I’ve ever had.✨Large Portions - none of us could finish our quesadillas. “The cutest cafe in Moab! I ordered a matcha (iced) the first time. The owner came out to make sure it was made perfectly and added more milk to make it better. He got into a conversation with me and my friends about the high quality matcha they use and how he recommends hot matcha since the ceremonial grade powder blends better when hot. It was the best conversation since my group of friends and I are matcha lovers!! I got a hot matcha the next time and it was so delicious (of course both were)!!
