A little slow, but worth the wait. Good food.
We walked over from our hotel and as our food was being prepared it started to downpour and hail. The staff invited us inside to shelter and when our food was ready the owner insisted on driving us across the street to our hotel. Super nice and the food was amazing too!
I was very happy to see El Charro Loco was back in Moab! It may be at the end of town, but well worth it to drive over. Different location and vibe being a food truck, but same great taste that I remember.
