I'm particular about mexican food, especially in tourist areas. Giliberto's was absolutely great! I had their carne asada burrito and was pleasantly surprised. The meat was well seasoned and flavorful, and it was the authentic real deal of southwest mexican food. Get some refreshing jaimica or horchata and you won't be disappointed!
We had been on the East Coast for a year with the fakemexicans.. so happy to be back to the West Coast where they have real taco shops! We have had a couple of burritos here on our one week's day and Moab and I am so happy it feels like home!
