Delicious!!!! The meat and tortillas are perfect. The flavors balance perfectly. We ordered burria, carnitas and chicken tacos. The outside is a bit unassuming but the culinary experience leaves you with the desire to return. Food made with family recipes and love. We always eat here when we are in Moab.
A bright spot in an otherwise basic food scene, this food truck delivers. Off the main drag, which is a good thing, the wait is very much worth it. Parking usually isn't a problem, unless Milt's is super busy. The food is well prepared, and delicious. We often go out of our way to visit.
