We went to Moab Food Truck Park several times for lunch and dinner as it was convenient to our hotel, had a variety of excellent, delicious food choices, and was a great value for the cost. We ate at Fresh2Go, Wrap It Up Mediterranean, Quesadilla Mobilla, and Moab Street Dogs, all of which were execllent.

Showed up expecting the have a great time and try a whole bunch of different food only to find out only one truck was open and there were several for sale signs on others. Place looked an area that was going to be abandoned. We were there on an afternoon on a weekend so it wasn’t like there wasn’t anyone around. We weren’t the only ones, people were walking on and walking right back out.

Best food to eat if you are watching what you eat!

I ate dinner here 3x while in Moab. I can't recommend the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl enough! It comes with white rice and salad. They also have numerous yummy teas with the option to add boba. Located in the Moab Food Truck park the venue is very dog friendly and there are restrooms nearby.

Centrally located in Moab this park has something for everyone. Unfortunately a majority of trucks serve Mexican or Asian cuisine. The price is right and they have outdoor seating.

This place was fine. It was our first time in Moab and we stopped by the food truck park. I was super excited about rice bowls once I saw this place had them. I got a teriyaki chicken fried rice bowl. The chicken was really underwhelming. The rice was pretty good. But overall it was nothing special, especially for the price. The service was very kind and they seemed busy enough so maybe I just set my expectations a bit too high.

This food truck park was literally a block away from our hotel and seemed to offer a lot of dining options, plus shaded picnic tables and a mister to help keep you cool. My wife got coffee one morning, and in the afternoon we got a smoothie and an ice cream. It was a very open and friendly place, although some of the trucks have different hours or were not operating when we visited in August. Definitely worth stopping by.

Would for sure go again ! Has many options open has plenty of sitting spots with fans and most to keep you cool on a hot day. Along w food options they also have dessert options . Dogs welcome tacos el gordo was legit . Had the barbacoa burrito with a tamarindo jarto to and salsa was bomb !

After traveling for a week and eating far too much food devoid of veggies, the fresh spring roll was EXACTLY what I wanted. So crisp, flavorful, and a great variety. And all with the most to die for peanut sauce. I would eat this over and over.

We got the crunchy roll, Takayuki, fried rice, and gyoza. We also got the matcha boba tea. It tasted like home, and it was the first time in a long time that we were able to get genuine flavorful Asian food.Vegetarian options: There were choices of tofu instead of meat for the fried rice and the garden roll is vegetarian friendly.Parking: You can park practically anywhere along the street.

We had some tacos, and I must say that they were absolutely delicious! The service was great. This is such a great concept. It was hard to find seating, though.
