I wish I could bottle up how amazing this turkey sandwich smells so you could be jealous it was all mine! Just kidding, you can get one too. Bella’s Desert Deli has an easy to read menu which had clear descriptions of each salad and sandwich. Cute waiting area and bench to sit and wait. Incredibly slow and unresponsive. Most of the time no one is at the counter. People are just standing here waiting for our food. Unbelievable that the estimated time for being ready is more than 20 minutes off at this point. No end in site for the long wait. No one to ask about the latest update in terms of when our food will actually be ready. So far, 10-15 minutes and then 10 more mins and finally arrived.

I was driving through Moab on the way to the backcountry and got an Italian sub and then also a salad to eat later for dinner. Both were great, especially the salad which had a ton of real blue cheese, not just some sort of pre-prepared blue cheese dressing. Definitely stop by.
