Kinda meh. Coffee wasn’t great. Panini was fine, but not sure why it has such great reviews. Owner is unprofessional and unethical. It looks like they have a practice of retaliating against people who leave bad reviews by stalking them and attacking them online. Totally inappropriate. Avoid this place.

Prime location, great breakfast sandwiches & coffee, EXCELLENT service. We had the breakfast panini and BEC croissant (forgot to take a photo bc we accidentally inhaled it). We were lucky enough to come in before the morning rush. Ample amount of seating with umbrellas. I’m not sure if they’re cash only and their tap pay wasn’t working but we luckily had cash. My boyfriend is a returning customer whenever he’s in Moab and wanted to come here for breakfast together.

Great little stop with friendly owner who you can tell cares about your experience. Delicious food, kids and grandma were happy alike. Typical Moab vibe! Go here for an uncomplicated food stop.
During our recent family trip to Moab, we stumbled upon Cafe Italiano and it truly exceeded our expectations!The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel amazing.We loved the variety of options, from delicious coffee to tasty food.It was the perfect spot to refuel while exploring the area.We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

The owner was such a pleasant man! His coffee was awesome. I got the pumpkin cream cold brew and sausage croissant breakfast sandwich. Both were fantastic! Came here 2 mornings in a row while we were in town. Highly recommend :)
