Third time eating at this pasta place when we visit Moab. Definitely has great food. Very rich sauces. We had the tortellini in cheese sauce, garlic bread, and I had a Caesar salad.The salad had some dead pieces of lettuce in it, but otherwise was pretty good. The sauce is not super spicy and it was nice to have some greenery. The food came out fairly quickly and was piping hot! Everything we had was simply delicious.I am a very picky person and am slow to give this high of praise. Each part of the dinner was great and we plan to dine there again before leaving town.Lucas was our waiter and I found him personable, attentive and easy to work with.Make the right decision and dine with Pasta Jay's. You'll have a wonderful evening.Parking: Park elsewhere and walk OR just walk from your hotel if you're staying close enough.

Best Lasagna I’ve ever had and trust me it’s a big portion.
