One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! The food was amazing, the staff was incredible and I left feeling happy and full. The prices are high but worth every penny! Reservations are pretty much required but I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had an amazing lovely dinner. The tuna appetizer was delicate and beautiful flavors. Seabass w ginger carrot puree was balanced and light summery. Fresh and light. The smoked chicken on chipotle Cesar was yummy too. Make your reservation now! Zach was helpful and engaging.

This is the place for fine dining in Moab. Even the locals will tell you that all the food here is not bad, but not great, except for Desert Bistro! There were 5 in my party who each ordered a different dish including both of the daily specials. Everyone absolutely loved their food! I recommend going here. They have some creative dishes and the presentation and service are impressive. There is some outdoor seating. Do yourself a favor and visit Desert Bistro.
