Desert Bistro is a gem. Excellent food and service. We had a party of 5 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our experience. We appreciated Dailey’ enthusiasm for the food, service and recommendations too! The Bistro is a wonderful addition to any trip to Moab. This is a solid 5-star restaurant.
I was surprised at what the cost of 6 baby slices of bison,15 pieces of asparagus, and 11 small potatoes. $69
Besides the cost, it was fine. I live in Connecticut and eat at Max Mia all the time, and what a difference in cost.

Our group took the back room for a wedding celebration, and everything was perfect! The staff handled the large group incredibly well, the food is amazing. If you visit Moab and miss this one, you're making a big mistake.
