We have been searching for a good, sit down, Mexican restaurant in Grand Junction for years! Finally, it has arrived! The wait staff is friendly, the food is really good, beautifully plated and unique. I would definitely recommend! Dishes seem to run anywhere from about $13-$25.
We got the Molcajete for two, which had steak, chicken, shrimp, nopales, cheese, jalapeños, and a salsa in the middle. The order also came with Spanish rice and refried beans.The food we had here is on par with (or even better than) the Mexican food I’ve had in California. Everything had great flavor, a lot of food even for two. Friendly and helpful staff, who graciously welcomed and hosted us at 9PM on a Monday night. Would definitely come again!
We have been to other Mexicana restaurants in Moab and the favor of the food here is much better. Between two of us we have the chicken quesadilla, chili relleno, cheese enchilada, and bean and cheese burrito. All where supper tasty. The serving sizes where large and came fresh and hot. The service was very attentive without being bothersome. They provide heated chips and flavorful salsa when you are seated. We will defiantly be visiting this restaurant again next time we are...
