I recently visited, and although the place wasn’t crowded—only six to eight customers there for coffee and a bite—I waited around 35 minutes without even being acknowledged. Not a single check-in or greeting from the staff. Honestly, I just left. It’s a shame because the place is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. With service improvements, it could be so much better, but as it stands, the service here is among the worst I’ve experienced.
It's a warm shop filled with local charm. The appeal of this restaurant is that it has carefully selected local ingredients such as fresh vegetables, local honey, and freshly baked bread. In addition, there are craft items and original miscellaneous goods made by artisans, making it a fun spot not only for shopping but also for browsing. The atmosphere inside the store is cozy and relaxing, and the staff is friendly and helpful, so you can feel free to stop by. Highly recommended for those looking for local flavors and unique items.
After a long hike I wanted to stop and get an ice cream and the wife a coffee. We had stopped here before and had a good experience so wanted to stop again plus show my folks who are from Oregon this cute store. It was a failure this time which is a bummer. Wives coffee wasn’t right and my ice cream was almost level with the top of the cone. It was a waste of $15!!
Very nice shop. Unfortunately the service was unfriendly. The breakfast is expensive and only moderate...
Cute little shop, however, when I went in with my family we were not greeted at all. We perused the merchandise and would have liked to try some of the food/drink items but the three women behind the counter paid no attention and continued on with this conversations. Customer service is lacking.
Cute little stop along the Scenic Route. They have a very cute shop. Wide variety of items and drinks! Love ZuberfizzBrand .Bathrooms are super clean. We tried the cold brew and it really wasn't great for price compared to size. The flavor was all at the bottom of the drink. The lunch and breakfast menu looks to be pretty delicious. If this would of popped up on food options for Moab when I googled I would of eaten here instead.
We stopped in for the very delicious coffee. Inquired about purchasing milk and there was none in either cooler for sale. The lovely clerk was able to sell us one of her quarts of organic milk, thus saving us the drive back to Moab.A very large thanks and much appreciate your hospitality and helpfulness.
A black scab on the beautiful landscape.
Great shop with super yummy baked goods. The owner is wonderful as well. Great place to stop while sightseeing. The owner even gave us tips on some nice places to see !
My local spot for almost everything! Food, Alpine Bank, Fitness, Sports bar, Haircut, and more!

Place looks nice and is well laid out. No prices on the items in the market or cafe, for good reason. They're way too high for the bad tasting poor quality food. The chocolate muffin was the worst I've ever tasted. It was very dry and very bitter, and just yuck

The cafe is nicely decorated, although the seats aren't very comfy. The service was OK, but not welcoming. The drinks were OK, but the chocolate muffin was horrible. Dry, flaky and bitter. Worst chocolate muffin I've ever eaten, and the prices are much too high for the small portions and poor quality
My wife and I stopped here for a quick snack and wow, did it ever exceed our expectations. I had the Rancher sandwich and the bread was some of the best I've ever had. The scenery is also amazing and the staff are phenomenal. We look forward to returning next time we are in Castle Valley.
Great sandwiches and coffee. Cool store for sure. Has beer, and some chips n stuff, but limited groceries available. Less touristy stuff and more provisions would make it 5 stars for sure. Not cheap, but it was expected.
