This was simply stunning. Dinner next to the Colorado river, with the sunset...truly amazing. The food was delicious, and offered a local beer that made me do a double take. The chef came out and talked to us, presenting a charcuterie with vegetables grown at the resort.Whether coming here for a meal or staying at the resort, this was a great experience.
If you're looking for a great dining experience in Utah, then this restaurant overlooking the Colorado River near Moab and arches national park is definitely worth checking out. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a serene and peaceful ambiance that makes it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends after going through arches. Decided to try for Breakfast during our stay in Moab. Definitely plan for a nice little drive, as it sits about 20 miles out of town. Very much worth it though. Food was exceptional, both in presentation and flavors. The Sausage and Bacon stood out with their smokey flavors, I've been trying to decide if the Bacon might have been Mesquite smoked.
