“We drove to Castle Valley for sightseeing, but couldn't find a restaurant there for dinner. This restaurant was close to Castle Valley, conveniently located by the scenic road and the Colorado River. The food was fresh and Was cooked tastely. We enjoyed the food and the scenery very much.“

“We were looking through the options in Moab for a good quality, freshly made burger for take out and these guys popped up. Everything was great. Fresh ingredients, some interesting meats and toppings, a good toasted bun and tasty, thick - but not too thick - seasoned fries. Friendly staff. Recommend! Note, it’s a food truck, so you might want to call to check their location.“

“What a surprise, this little cafe attached to the Dinosaur Museum. While the menu board didn’t say anything about dietary options, the most friendly lady operating the cafe said she had gluten free buns for their burgers. And wow, what a fantastic bun (GF can be dry and terrible) and the burger was amazing, best burger we’ve enjoyed in the USA. Businesses that don’t get on board with dietary needs in any international guest destination are loosing customers big time. I highly recommend, keep up the gluten free buns. ?“

“After several days of hiking, and eating freeze dried meals, we went into Moab and scoped out the local restaurants. Josie Wyatt’s had good reviews and for good reason. We were absolutely blown away by the service and quality of food. 10 out of 10 would revoke. My wife had the steak, I had the fish and chips. Probably the best fish I’ve ever had. The grilled asparagus was absolutely amazing.“

He needs a raise. Everyone should be looking and asking about Andy. Overall great food and even greater waiter, this man is amazing at his job!“

“Such a phenomenal restaurant. Super close to our stay at the Element.
We arrived at peak time which was sunset and there was a quite a bit of wait. They normally do not take reservations, only walk ins, unless you have an event planned. Which was fine since the outside waiting area was not bad to look at. We told them first come availability and lucky for us it was at the most scenic patio view.
Be warned with the drink specials, as I ordered a Prickly Pear margarita with mostly ice, it was delicious but not $20 worth. Unfortunately we didn’t know until the end but overall our experience was delectable. So it’s better to order from the menu when it comes to drinks.
DO NOT sleep on the artichoke bruschetta appetizer because it was one of our favorites. The fresh bread and our entrees were also great. My spouse ordered Spaghetti with grilled chicken and for me, it was the first time I ordered Ahi Tuna. All the soy and citrus flavors were a great complement. Learning about the history of this house turned restaurant was also very eye catching.
Definitely would recommend to people staying in Moab. And if you’re not comfortable driving up the hill and finding parking, they do offer shuttle services to their bottom parking lot and even complementary rides to and from your stay depending on distance.“

“Auf unserer Reise durch verschiedene Nationalparks haben wir eine Nacht in Moab verbracht. Wir waren positiv überrascht, in diesem kleinen Ort eine derat tolle Bar aufzufinden. Sie punktet mit ihrem grossen Biersortiment. Dank der Live-Musik herrschte eine ausgelassene Stimmung in der Bar. In der Bar fühlten wir uns wohl und heimelig.“

Not lying, he is the best server I have EVER had. Best place we have eaten in Moab. GET THE SWEET POTATO FRIES! Everything was really good and we had multiple people ask how we were doing that weren’t even our server. And no joke Mickey was the s****“
