Food taste was pretty good. I had the salmon and I was surprised that the food came out hot (temperature). It was pricier than I expected. They was busy ,but service was not that great. Seen server taking cig breaks and having their self a drink and not seeing if we needed any other drinks, so they missed out on more sales. But it is a great looking place. Just needs a little help on service mainly.
Food here is food for the soul! I had the polygamy burger. It was like 3 burgers in one and frickin delicious! I also highly recommend their churro dessert. Never have a tasted such perfection! Freshly fried churro, lightly brown sugared, with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with hot caramel ? It was divine!

My wife and I decided to have a nice steak dinner while in Moab. This place fit that bill perfectly. I ordered the bone-in pork chop and she had the filet. Both were cooked wonderfully and had great flavor. The asparagus that came with mine was excellent as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful with our selections.
